I recieved excellent customer service from Kriya, she helped me with a variety of questions I had and supported me in making a purchase I’m happy with.

As a regular customer, I can confidently say the service here is consistently exceptional, but Jody and Vicky truly elevated my recent visit. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made for a seamless and indulgent shopping experience.

They took the time to understand my preferences and guided me with genuine care and expertise. It felt personal, effortless, and refined exactly what you hope for when shopping for fragrance.

An absolute credit to the brand. I’ll continue returning because of service like this.

I love the Perfume Shop! I’m part of their VIP rewards program which gives me discounts, money off certain purchases and free postage if I spend over a certain amount. My recent purchase included a free mini perfume from the same brand which I hadn’t tried before. I also received a free sample. Delivery was fast and items were well packaged. I trust the authenticity of the Perfume shop and they have a great selection of brands at fantastic prices. I’m very happy with them and don’t buy anywhere else.

Perfume arrived on time

Hina was very helpful, I was trying to make a Deliveroo order online so I rang the store & Hina spent about 20 mins on the phone to me making sure i would be happy with my purchase she tried out different perfumes & explained the smells to me. Such a nice girl would definitely recommend going to her

My experience was delightful. The super quick service and readiness to match deals on offer was nothing short of fulfilling. Above all, staff on duty at the Croydon shop were both welcoming and friendly. I felt absolutely spoilt. Shout out to my “Fragrance Angels” - Hina and Dharani.

The perfume shop inside Superdrug in Whitgift Centre is very helpful the staff puts through your order on the tills always with a smile. I allways use the same store. All the staff are just brilliant.

First of all, my delivery is fast. Second, it's packaged in a secure box. If I go to pick it up at the branch, I get a bunch of testers as a gift, which I really appreciate.❤️✌🏼🤌🏼🎀🎄

I ya ve not recieved a purchase I ordered on the 25th October.I have had 2 phone calls to say they are sorting out a new delivery but never do.

Today I visited my favourite perfume store at CR0 1UT in the Whitgift Centre, Croydon, and had such a wonderful experience. I was helped by Kriya, who was incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful throughout my visit. Her warm smile and friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

I also want to highlight the store’s manager, who clearly leads by example – very customer-focused and committed to delivering great service.

This store never disappoints – from the wide selection of fragrances to the fantastic team. Highly recommended!
