So impressed with the service, range and value
We visited the Braintree Freeport store on Monday with our 2 daughters looking for a new fragrance and body spray. We were assisted by Sam who was amazing. By asking a few questions on current likes he then came up with a selection of 6 scents 2 of which were an instant hit. Sam was also able to help my partner find an alternative to his current favourite that wasnt stocked but also now crazy priced. Suggestion of buying a travel atomiser which can be filled with any open sampler in the shop and that included the higher end brands and with 20% off as well. This is better than the Superdrug atomiser offering as the selection on offer here is better.
Definitely recommend and our purchases also came with free gifts of a Jimmy Choo makeup bag and candles.

The customer service was brilliant in…
The customer service was brilliant in Braintree. My husband and I were assisted by Sam who was unbelievably helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable (not only about the scent but the brands and latest perfume, actually everything I would like to know, when I have an idea of what I want but wouldn’t know were to begin). I am not the easiest customer as I have certain scents I like but I switch perfume so much I cannot remember names or brands . Sam picked out all the perfect scent options and discussed the staying power (they normally only last a couple of hours on me no matter how much I pay out) I now have a perfume that has lasted on my skin and smells amazing (have already had compliments from strangers) and at perfect price. Also loving the travel atomiser that can be filled for me in store with choice of perfume, perfect for in handbag so glad Sam told us about it. Honestly, new shop and layout great, seems like so much more for choice.
