Instore customer care great, aftercare not so much so.
The lady who served me was great- friendly and knowledgeable. They were offering a 20% discount, and although they hadn't the product (Parda Paradigme 150ml refil) in stock, the lady ordered it for me. As a member I got free postage, and it arrived on time.
The reason I'm only giving 3 stars, I didn't receive the "Try Me" sample, despite it stating that it was available on all Prada Paradigme products including refill.
I emailed to say it was missing and still no reply a week later.

Went to get our wedding perfume and Rossana in the Belfast shop was absolutely amazing, showed us a number of different perfumes and what pairs well together! Her customer service was fantastic.
