Hi Jason,
So sorry for the delay in delivery. Royalmail is short of staff in Milton Keynes Brinklow Distribution Center and Northampton Distribution Centre. This has caused some backlog in scanning the items for system tracking, however they seem to be catching up on this. This situation is out of our hands as we totally reply on Royalmail for shipment.
We hope to deliver your next order on time. We are glad you liked your order, means a lot to us.

Such a great way to sample expensive scents. From the hype on social media, I purchased 10ml of LV Imagination and Afternoon Swim. Postage was prompt and the packaging was superb, proper labelled and gift wrapped with care and attention. Scents are great. I highly recommend this company.

Great price and glass sample spray bottles
It's the first time I've used this company for samples.
Ordered earlier this week and samples arrived today in expected time.
Each sample was individually paper wrapped and inside it's own mini cardboard box.
Most impressed with the glass sample bottles used instead of the plastic ones from other companies I've used in the past. Those plastic ones often leak but also tend to smell fishy on occasions.
No doubts that these are genuine fragrances either.
I'll definitely use this company again soon and no hesitation with highly recommending them.

Hi William,
Royalmail's tracking shows that your order was DELIVERED on 12/05.2025 at 11:17 at the correct address confirmed by the geo-tagging.
Considering this was your second order with us and delivery was delayed from Royalmail's side, could you please reassess your 1 star rating as it affects our reputation and our customers confidence?
Thanks.

=======================================
Hi William,
Thank you for your order and continued support — we truly appreciate it.
We noticed your recent review and wanted to reach out personally. This was your second order with us, and your first was successfully delivered within two days of dispatch, which we hope you were pleased with.
Regarding your current order, there have unfortunately been delays due to Royal Mail staff shortages over the long weekend, which has created a backlog across their network. We did send out an update to all customers informing them of the expected delays, and we sincerely apologise if you missed that communication.
According to the tracking details we shared, your parcel has now reached the Glasgow distribution centre and should be with you very shortly.
For clarity:
Your order was placed on Saturday and fulfilled by us on Monday.
Due to the long weekend, Royal Mail collected the parcel on Wednesday.
It was scanned into their system on Friday and is currently in transit.
We always encourage our customers to reach out to us directly with any concerns — we’re here to help and will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly. We’d truly appreciate it if you could reassess your review once your parcel arrives.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
Warm regards,
The TPS Team

Excellent in everyway
Was delighted to be able to purchase a special perfume wanted by my daughter because the price was excellent and meant I was able to afford an item which was proving too expensive everywhere else. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. Would definitely recommend them to everybody

I was really impressed by the packaging of the two perfume samples I ordered. They arrived beautifully wrapped, with lots of care and attention to detail—it felt truly special. The sample bottles themselves are stunning—honestly some of the most beautiful I’ve seen for samples. They look solid, elegant, and well-made.

No issues
Arrived in good time and with no issues. The decant itself is very clear and easy to use and the product is exactly what they promise it is. If I’m being very picky the packaging maybe could’ve been slightly more premium but it isn’t something I’m too bothered about at all.
