I've purchased from this company before and had no issues whatsoever. However, my recent purchase was not so great. I bought over 135 euros worth of product, and one of the sample vials was almost completely empty! He explained to me that the rest were only half full because that's how the vendors sell them, but when I showed them photos right away regarding the empty one, they simply told me that I am making false accusations, I need to change my attitude, and that "we're all adults here and need to act as such." I simply stated that the set(s) looked used/damaged which I think is the logical conclusion. Either the set(s) leaked during transit or they sold me used set(s) by mistake (quality control isn't perfect at any company). He also mentioned that we no longer live in a world "where the client is always right" and that I need to learn to be respectful.
Very unprofessional, condescending, argumentative, disrespectful, curt, lacks customer service skills, and has no empathy for the customer. Will never purchase from them again. If you ever have a problem with this company don't bother contacting them. They will ruin your day and make you fight to get a refund. Check out their 1 star Google reviews and you will see they have a history/pattern of poor customer service.
