If I could give a zero I would. I made an order of 3 items from this company hoping to get these for Christmas gifts. Christmas came and went and there was no sign of these items. I assumed that it's a small business maybe it might be late but no harm I will use next Christmas. The end of January came I contacted the company and let them know the situation and maybe its time to refund me the money. The owner told the items were made and sorry for delay. We decided to send them. The end of February came and I still did not receive the items so I contacted again and just asked for my money back this time. The owner appollogised and agreed on refund. The end of March came still no refund this final time I demanded my refund. But I didn't get a reply. 4 months later after constant reminder I got my money back. But I should not have had to beg for it back. Never again will I attempt to order. And I certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Placed an order on 28 November. Received confirmation of order with delivery quoted between 5-9 December and confirmation stated will update when dispatched. On 10 December I sent an email to Customer Services asking where my order was. I then sent a further email. As yet (14 December) I have had no response and no notification of any delivery. Very disappointed.

I came across a video on TikTok for The Perfect Gift Company and thought I would order a couple of pieces. They arrived today and are absolutely beautiful. I ordered 1 large photo slate and 2 smaller photo slates. Very happy and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Kirsty... The main Lady.. How genuine and polite she is, Not only can you walk through the door and your orders is waiting ready to be collected before you give your details, Kirsty is up for the chat.. I have dealt with other personalised companies and once they have your money your out the door.. Not here.. You get that extra Personal care, That little Extra makes it worth while and it makes you want to come back.. I am for sure :)

The whole process of ordering to your order being ready.. Granted it takes almost two weeks for your order, But it is definitely worth the wait.. The care and attention given to every order is out of this world.

The rest of the team Well done for taking care of behind closed doors, Whether you pop up on TikTok/Insta or not your hard work is appreciated!!

The location is a nice quiet place, Plenty of parking.. Pop in have a snoop around and buy wax melts they are next level and the scent last(Northumberland Candle Company). The shop it self is not over crowded it's presented so beautifully you would feel bad taking from the shelves the displays have so much care and personalisation to them. Im sure i'll be asking for back stock before it take anything...

Their is simply nothing to hate about the company or team, They go out of their way to please, and get it right first time... Unfortunately trolls exist but cut the slack.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for this sort of gift. Was around Christmas so took a couple weeks to arrive but the packaging was better than I expected and the photo slate I got was better than I could have asked for. Amazingly perfect.
