Mobile service works ok but not …
Mobile service works ok but not possible to use data abroad. Tried several times with the help they offered but to no avail. My husband had the same problem. Tried to contact them because they suspended service without prior notice. Allegedly because the direct debit was cancelled. I changed bank accounts and direct debit was reinstalled the same day. Payment was not even due. Impossible to speak to someone. Just in case paid the monthly fee extra but still no services. And still waiting to hear from them.

Problems Roaming!
I recently went to Fuerteventura and had problems with my mobile. I could not receive text messages or e. mails . This surprised me as I had contacted TPO before going and was assured that Roaming would be turned on.
After returning I contacted TPO again and had a very informative discussion with James. Several issues were discussed and I felt assured that I had the bundle which suited my needs.
Thank you for your patience and honesty.

Great value SIM only deals
TPO offers great value SIM only deals and is unique in allocating 10% of the fee to a charity of my choice. As a fairly low volume user and charity supporter, this is great. The online system is fairly basic but does all that's needed. My only quibble is that coverage doesn't seem quite as good as I've had with other networks, especially for data.

Great... so far!
Great so far. Been with them for 5 months or so and no problems yet. Reluctant to give out 5 stars until I've had reason to contact their customer services but, fingers crossed, should the need arise, I'm hopeful they will be helpful! :-)
