Grrr. The product never came. No one will answer texts or emails. Please do not order from this company.

They take your money, never ship your order and don’t respond to ANY emails or instagram messages. Its a shame because i actually like their products but i want my money back. Its been a MONTH and i have heard nothing. I’m waiting to see if my bank will dispute the charge.

WARNING TO ALL!!! Stay away from this company! THEY ADVERTISE AS ZLEEP!!! No where when you place your first order does it tell you that this is going to be a reoccurring charge!!! In the terms and conditions there was no place that they say you are signed up for a monthly program ESPECIALLY AT DOUBLE THE PRICE!!! This reoccurring information is in FAQ section that as far as I've ever known you don't go there unless you have a question or a problem! WHY WOULDN'T YOU BE UPFRONT ABOUT ALL THIS FROM THE BEGINNING??? Then..since they consider this a MONTHLY PLAN AT TWICE THE PRICE why wouldn't you require us to make an account where we could go in and CANCEL??? YOU DON'T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL ADDRESS!!! It's a SHADY BUSINESS that you aren't UPFRONT about this, that it can't be found in terms and conditions and that you DOUBLE THE PRICE!! Why would you offer me 2 months, when I ordered, at 19.99 a month, and even then not tell me that the second month would cost me $39.99??? I would NEVER order a second month because most of your patches don't even stick!!! ( AND WHO WOULDN'T FALL ASLEEP WITH 65 MG OF MELATONIN???) They had to be taped on! Yet, you offer a 2nd patch, telling me that if I decide later to buy this wil cost more YET DON'T SAY HERE EITHER THAT THIS IS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!!! YOU HIDE IT IN FAQ! IT SHOULD BE CLEAR IN YOU TERMS AND CONDITIONS! IF I DON'T GET A FULL REFUND ON THIS SECOND ORDER, WITHOUT YOU DEDUCTING SHIPPING (I AM FIGHTING THIS CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY) I NOT ONLY WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I WILL HAND THIS OVER TO MY STATES DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND LET HIM INVESTIGATE WHETHER YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE UPFRONT! MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS MACNKIDS @ GMAIL.COM..SEEING THAT YOU KEPT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD ME SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH!
