This company sent me items and took money out of my account without authorisation. They did not respond to my letter stating that this was unauthorised. I have had to change my bank details but have not received a refund. I will now have to go to a branch to report the goings on in order to get a refund. What sort of business model is this. Makes you wonder if it is a scam. I have stopped using the product as I get a skin reaction to the adhesive. So absolutely can’t recommend this business and their practices.

I purchased the metabolism and detox patches in the beginning I used the patch on my belly and after 4 hours the patch started to sting. soon after that I saw my skin was burning. I removed the patch straight away and messaged Patch Remedy. I was told that most people tolerated the patch. I was told to try it on my arm and it is better. I also used it on my shoulder blades but find that they sting if you leave it for longer than 8 hours. Also they don’t stick well so most of the time I have to keep putting a new patch in. I won’t buy them again

SCAM Really disappointed. I have bought twice before however this time my order has not arrived. Reached out twice by email and have been ignored.

This was the only patch that helped my chronic insomnia.

Something is not right so I would not recommend this company.

What a despicable company.
I bought 2 packs of the menopause patches and they just don't stick properly. I've tried, back, upper arm, wrist, ankles, stomach....within a couple of hours the patch has disappeared. I don't wear creams or lotions that would have hindered the product, so I assume they are a rogue batch. I've asked numerous times for the return address to send the patches back and obtain a refund, as is my right if purchase. I no longer have the envelope they came in so do not have an address. My requests have been ignored sadly, I don't know why. I question the integrity of this company if they cannot even respond or give me a return address, as per their company policy on faulty goods.
Would they even honour their policies and give me a refund? Don't waste your time or money with this company, there must be more customer focussed companies available to help.

I was asked to take down my review in order to get a refund back for the menopause patches. If they use this tactic each bad review then the whole purpose of reviews is worthless. Companies and future buyers need to see a full and honest account of their products from all sides, not just the amazing 5* ones.

Original review: I have been struggling with a few peri menopause systems and searching for some natural options. Patches sounded like a good alternative to pills, so I thought I would try these out. I have been using them over the week but getting side effects. Headaches and dizziness in particular. I have tried using in the day and then over night to see if anything changed. However, I now feel these are not for me and stopped using immediately, and the symptoms have now eased. Having searched online into the ingredients I noted there are potential side effects with some natural remedies, and people should be aware and investigate further when looking at these natural alternatives.
These patches are not cheap, so I am disappointed. However, I will keep looking at other options.

I can honestly say I’ve really noticed the benefits! I’ve feel full of energy and really feel focused!

Apart from feeling so energised and focused the biggest benefit I’ve noticed is to my sleep. These patches are really supporting me to have good quality sleep!!
