Scam. Do not give these people your money. There’s no phone number available and you will not receive your parts.

They only offer a phone back payment but have never phoned back to complete the order

Full boiler kit sent promptly and arrived in new condition as described. Works perfectly and solved my issue, would definitely buy from seller again!

Absolutely disgustingly dishonest company to deal with. Blatantly lie about the parts they post out. DO NOT order from them online or by phone!
Essex Heating Spares is also another trading name they operate under. RM5 2BB is their postcode.
Never have I dealt with a more deceitful company than this.

advertised that they have Dimplex diverter after i paid and £107.06 they messaged back a day later saying they dont have it. they have taken money from my card and still expecting a refund, their website is still showing as having the part (this is false way to lure people into your site, dont waste peoples time). Please run my refund sharply before i take this further

I phoned the part centre to see if they had the part I needed,they confirmed they did so I ordered it online while on the phone to them and paid extra to have it next day,the next day I get a email saying they don’t have the part in stock and neither do there suppliers so I would get a refund.19 days later and still waiting for refund.basically lied to me and still owe me £440.
Avoid this company at all costs,I see lots of other reviews saying the same as me.

How dodgy is this I ordered a kingfisher gas valve ,paid 194 ,2 days later received parcel and took to boiler I was working on ,opened it and was completely the wrong part but there was a receipt in there from another part company for 24.50 ,turns out that they never had the part in stock so they went on eBay ordered a second hand one and got it sent straight to me the only thing was it was the wrong valve they bought on eBay is this legal?

Superb service. Ordered fridge hinges at 4.30pm with next day delivery and they at 10.30am the next morning - fantastic!!

Parts ordered arrived in good time, new control buttons and panel clips fitted easily.

Ordered part and was kept up to date and received part within 48hrs,can’t complain with that and that’s unusual for me.

I ordered and paid for a part on the 31st of may with next day delivery promised. Nothing arrived and I had to phone on the 2nd of april to chase them. I was then promised a full refund as the part was out of stock. After asking by email for a confirmation of my refund, as yet I have had no reply. It is now the 7th april and still no word on my refund? I will be phoning again tomorrow, but I am very disappointed with the service I have received up to now.

False advertising and non existent service. Website states next day delivery option which was paid for. Product was delivered 5 days late and I still was charged around £17 when the packaging stated £4+ delivery and was only sent out 2 days later from purchased date. Money is not an issue here, but dont advertise falsely if you can not deliver. It was easier to just go to Plumbase and get the same product straight away. No refund ever received or offered following contact.

Part arrived in perfect condition. Wasn't a direct fit but some minor modifications (remove unwanted location lugs & open up knob to accomodate the larger shaft) had it fitting ok. Worked perfectly & solved by boiler problems.!
