100% satisfied! Product is every bit of what is advertised, the price point is very reasonable and the delivery arrived a lot fasted than I expected. I will definitely be ordering more for this company in the future.

You did not have the Royal blue but…

You did not have the Royal blue but your website indicated that it was in stock. You shipped via USPS but when I ordered I was charged about 24.00 for shipping through UPS. Not sure what was the difference in the shipping cost was but that is deceptive.

I have asked for an L because I have one of the same brand, but this item is a little bigger, it is a little big, but I already know, for the next purchase.

I can't get ahold.of anyone regarding…

I can't get ahold.of anyone regarding why shipping is taking so long despite reaching out via email... Which is the only way I can try to contact someone. It's very frustrating that you have no customer service phone number. I have an embroidery business and would have liked to open a B2B wholesale account with your company to carry your hats but since you suck at communications doesn't look like that's going to happen. Back to otto cap.
