Pricing is good on the Richardson hats. Just takes a long time to ship (a week after I purchased)

The detailed work done on the Flexfit hats was better than we expected. We will definitely be using them again. : )

I had my doubts about this website… I have seen this website for a few of the projects I had worked on the past, but I wasn't sure so really didn't use them. But this time, I was a on tight timeline and I need to get these specific set of hats which were on their website to a specific location and I had to figure out a way to keep costs down. So naturally, I called. Spoke to a rep who told me it takes a day or two to process before shipping, which I completely understand, but I told her my situation and she said, they will try but can't guarantee anything. I had also asked them about overnight shipping costs, and if it was anyway possible we could use our own since we had rates with shipping vendors. And the rep said, sure, just e-mail us the information and a representative will get back to you in about an hour or so. So I waited - I got an e-mail in just under an hour which told me to pay for the items and I send them the packing label.

I was expecting delivery in like two days. I am in Northern California, they are in Southern California. But I kid you not, these guys packed up the items, and slapped the label on the box and we got the items overnight! OMG! They were responsive on e-mail and on call - everyone was professional. Sara & Sheetal - You ladies were SOO AMAZING! THANK YOU!! I'll definitely be ordering more from here!! =)

We called and talked to a wonderful lady who helped us with placing a large order of t-shirts. I placed the order online and we received the shipment very quickly.

Aye, their Next Level and Festival shirts are: legit, the most comfortable summer casual wear t-shirts I have ever owned. Crazy comfortable and legit. I constantly but their two-tone mesh flex fit hats to keep them fresh and even got a lifeguard hat for the pool too. Straight up, Park Wholesale is crushin' it with their shirts and hats. The one time I had to call to fix an order that I messed up, the lady could not have been more patient and helpful fixing my mistake. Real talk, they are my go to for the fresh, low-key, unbranded look that Park Wholesale helped me make famous!

Great quality fast shipping

I've asked you not to do this before and yet this is the second time you've done this to me. My last order was for 8 hats, got an e mail saying your hats r on their way. Only 5 got ordered, 3 ended up on back order. Who knows how long that will be. Please e mail me back once you cannot fulfill my order so I can either change out to different hats or Choose myself, not u, to wait for the backorder to be available

Great selection of hats. It’s nice to have the option to buy just one, rather than bulk. Prices are very good too.

In any business that requires sourcing, response time is critical - not only for receiving materials but also handling the inevitable problem that arises.

It is disgraceful how long it takes to receive an order! The price of a rush order is more than unreasonable! Because of this very reason, you have lost me as a customer!

Your company is greedy with these prices!!!!! This is far too unacceptable. It takes near 3 weeks to receive an order through USPS, and even those rates are unacceptable. It is not even the USPS fault! It is the fault of this company for not even taking the order over to the USPS for delivery!

Had all the items I was looking for, and delivery was timely.

Product was quality and as described. My only issue is the shipping was way longer than I am used to. If you are in a rush I would not use them, however if you have time to wait, this may be an option.
