I left my wallet in my car, and only discovered it when I reached the airport. I went down to the Shuttle pickup and the driver, Robert, put me on his empty shuttle, took me back to my car - and returned me to the airport in time for my flight. Now THAT’S going the extra mile! Thank you, Robert!

Love using the Parking Spot! We were lucky enough to have the same lady going to the airport & on our return. (Short, older black woman with reddish-brown curly hair). She is very nice. She offered us water, which was great & much needed. The ride was quick & efficient.

The transportation was reliable and quick. The drivers were courteous and helpful with the luggage. We will definitely use them again. We used to use the PHL self parking and shuttle, but never again. It was terrible. Parking Spot is so much better.

Thank you to Chris, I don’t know his last name but Chris did WOW job. I parked my car near by charger and went to airport. But Plugzio app for some reason lost my charging device, I called to support and Chris picked a phone and helped me to connect to device providing a device number. But once
I got to my destination on the other side of our planet, I noticed that my car didn’t charging, I called back to support and got lucky that the same Chris picked up the phone in a second. I explain a situation and Chris was able to get to my car and reconnect the power cord, which is reset the charging! Thank you so much Chris, for doing a WOW job! I would be surprised once back after 2 weeks and find empty battery if no your support!

Parking was well-organized based on the tier of parking you chose. Shuttle buses were very timely, and minimized the amount taken from getting to the airport and leaving from it. The shuttle buses themselves were equipped with AC and the drivers were courteous and polite. I always knew where to expect the shuttle buses when we landed at the airport, which gave me one less headache. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for the quick trip, reliability and professionalism.
