I placed three separate orders through…

I placed three separate orders through the Shop app (2/28, 3/2, and again on 3/18—yes, I foolishly fell for their 30% “make-up” discount after the first delays). Their site clearly promises a 1–3 week processing time, which turned out to be completely meaningless.
After waiting the full three weeks, I reached out—only to be told my items were “delayed” and I’d need to wait another 7–14 days. No proactive updates, no accountability. Just excuses.
Around the three-week mark, they generated a tracking number. When I followed up a week later asking why it hadn’t moved, they admitted the tracking was created purely for “accountability purposes”—in other words, it was fake progress. The order wasn’t even ready.
Every time I contacted them, I got the same scripted response: “wait another week or so.” No real timeline, no transparency, no effort to resolve anything.
Now it’s been well beyond the original timeframe—and even the extended delays—and they’re still asking for another 7–14 days. At this point, it’s obvious: this is not a legitimate business, it’s a stalling operation.
Like many other reviewers have already pointed out, this site is a scam.

The worst perfume company ever…

Please do not order from here I placed an order on 12-25-25 and we are nearing the end of April and I’m still waiting I’ve sent numerous emails to which every response is “we are working on it should ship soon” it seems to me that when you place an order they do not have the actual product in stock and so your basically waiting for a restock that seems to never happen they need to be banned.

They don’t actually have products that they’re selling

I have two experiences trying to purchase items from them, but I’ll talk about the most recent that I had to cancel. I purchased a Clive Christian perfume on December 1st, after the first two months, I reached out to them. They said it would be shipped within 7 to 10 days. I said OK I waited., another month went by and nothing so I reached back out to them. They apologize and offered me a $10 credit, and I told him I’d wait, another month went buy, then I got a tracking number and said it was on its way, couple days went by and said it was delivered when I got no package I went to my post office to see what was going on and found out. They were recycling tracking numbers to save money. This is straight from my postmaster in the city, where I live, he got their contact info and said they were gonna open an investigation.. I reached out to the company and told them which they offered me another gift card. I declined a couple days later they canceled my order . No explanation just canceled. They held me up for almost 4 months. They are a horrible company that don’t have source products to sell their customers. When you order a seasonal Fragrance and get it the next season that is not acceptable.

This website is the absolute worst

This website is the absolute worst, I placed my order on February 2nd 2026, and til this day, it has yet to be shipped, I have emailed on multiple occasions, I even messaged on instagram. They told me, should be shipped by next week, based on your number in the queue, this has been going on for a month and a half. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Worst discount site ever avoid at all costs

Made an order and waited 3 business weeks as stated then got a shipping label which fast forward 3 business weeks and still hasn't shipped. I contacted them and was told it was set to ship in 7-14 business days. Today is the 14 business day and now they're saying expected to ship next week. AVOID!!

This store is the absolute worst

This store is the absolute worst, the cusomer service is trash, do not buy in this store if you dont want to waste your time and money
I bought 2 perfumes at the star of February, after 2 months of sending mails to check the progress and they ing me it will be sent in the nect days they suddenly decided to cancel my order without any permission or asking me and didnt refund me.
Definitely the worst experience when it comes to online shop

Worst experience ever!

I’m at a point where if I can give negative 10 starts, I would. Purchased on 12/24 and they still haven’t shipped my orders. All I get is “ We understand your frustration and are actively working to ship your orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact estimate for when your orders will ship, but rest assured, we are doing everything we can to fulfill them as quickly as possible.” Will not be purchasing from them again!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Followed up multiple times in 14 weeks and given multiple days the item would shipped but did not. Pay the extra 20-30 bucks from another discounter and actually received the item you bought

Atrociously awful. If you shop with this site - you're literally rolling the dice as to whether you're going to get your product in months. Just pay more from a reputable discounter.

This place is legit!!

I ordered products on Feb. 12 and received them on March 20. That is similar to time delays with Jomashop and Fragrancenet. The many negative reviews on this site made me nervous, so I sent many emails to The Parfums. They replied kindly. But I was still nervous given the cost of my purchase and the negative reviews here. However, at least for this order, all turned out lovely. I got what I wanted at a good price. I will order from them again. I suggest others do so as well.

[One thing I will mention....I ordered some decants of X,Y,Z and a full manufacturer's bottle of something. When the full bottle arrived, it was not in a shrink-wrapped box like others I had purchased from the manufacturer at a much higher price. It was sealed in original packaging corresponding to a store tester...in a foam-like contoured package...that is, how testers are apparently sent to stores. I sprayed my new bottle on one arm, and a sample I received from the manufacturer on another. Identical. And, the ornate bottle was the manufacturers. I am quite pleased and intend to buy more decants and full bottles from this vendor.]

Not a Reliable Company at All

Well I should have known what low trustpilot score this company has.Everything you read about them online is true.I was initially given 1 to 3 weeks of processing time.After 1 week when I followed up they asked another 2 weeks.After 2 weeks they asked another 1 week.After 4 weeks of waiting when again i followed up they went to straight another 3 week.At which i asked them if thats a realistic time? Bevause if not they can cancel the order.Next day morning i got a cancellation email.The reddit is full of reviews on how they operate.And everything that you read is true. For every 1 order they might be delivering there are 9 orders where they have just taken money and put them on endless wait.Buyers end up cancelling after waiting.Like I did but they have held the money long enough to probably earn interest for the discount they are giving.Not Reliable at all

Simply great!

I'm shocked to see so many reviews claiming ridiculously delayed orders. Maybe my personal experience is abnormal? Thus far I have ordered 3 times from The Perfums. First in January, once in February, and most recently today March 15th. My first two orders were processed within 24 hours of placing the orders and delivered to the rural American mountain West within a week of the order being submitted. The previous orders were for samples, packaged in generic 2ml bottles with The Perfums branded printed labels, and their selection of decants is well curated. Each sampler order was fairly large from 8 - 12 samples per order and everything was packaged and shipped securely. My most recent order is for 2 100ml retail bottles and I've received order process notice already, only awaiting shipping until some time after the weekend. So far my experience with The Perfums has been phenomenal, fast processing, quick shipping, and amazing prices on 100% authentic fragrances. Much Love <3

They do not have perfumes.

Very terrible experience. This is a website that says they have products for sale. They do not have any products for sale. They take your payment and for months you don't hear anything from them. And when you do contact them about your order they cancel. What kind of operation is this I don't know I seriously don't know how they make money. Do not give them your money, the Shop App is just as bad for having them there with items for sale. Please avoid and spread the word.

I saw the bad reviews afterward but horrible company. From what I hear they use customer’s money in advance and don’t have the product. You are left without money and a product. 1.5 months later. I first inquired about my order after their “3 week” processing time as it had passed. They gave some long drawn out spill of how busy everyone, some bs that customers don’t want to hear. After I replied and told them they need to update their site then to say beyond three weeks and told another week or two? I did not hear back. I told to cancel anfter waiting two more weeks and they never responded. I can just see on Shop, it seems the order is cancelled. I will be checking m bank in a few days. Horrible business practice, and horrible customer service. I would never attempt a purchase again and much rather pay the $60 I save on regular price or the legit discounters that I have already been dealing with.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! DONT DO IT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WAITING THEY COULD NOT FILL THE ORDER AND CANCELLED AND WASTED MY TIME. HTEY ARE SELLING ITEMS THAT THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY HAVE AND CANNOT GET.

Drop shipping company

Drop shipping company, surviving off money for products they don't have like free loans. If you don't receive it within a few weeks, chances are it's going to be 3 months or never.

Absolutely atrocious business model……

Absolutely atrocious business model… Once you order, you are at the mercy of everyone else. They’re a drop shipper with THE worst business practice I’ve ever seen. They’re make prime Jomashop look like Amazon…

I’m at 2 months of waiting. The only information I get, is if/when I email them. Do I get a notification from them on “delays”? Nope. Do I get ANY sort of updates? Nope. At this point in time, they’re making money off of us by housing our funds. I’m now reporting them to the FTC for suspected fraud and shady business practices with their absolutely blatant lies.

Do not shop here

DONT SHOP THERE! Save your time & shop elsewhere!

If I can give them a negative, I would. The Parfums is a horrible business to purchase from. I've tried purchasing 2 fragrances from them and was going on 3 months without and update on tracking. Kept sending them emails for an update and all they kept sending me was a copy and paste email talking about how they have so many orders and they predict my items would be sent out next week. The week would pass and the cycle began once more with the same email. Save your time with purchasing elsewhere. Saving the 30-60 dollars isnt worth dealing with that headache of a business. I'm surprised they're still in business with all the negative feedback. They should be put out of business!
