Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased an item from this company. After 1 week I never received any update or confirmation about the order. I called and called and finally got through to someone who said they don't even have the item in stock. She said they would refund my payment right away. I never received a refund so called back again the next day. She said she would refund the payment as soon as she got off the phone with me. Never received any refund after she lied and said for the second time she would refund the payment. I had to DISPUTE the charge with my Bank. This is one of the most Amateur businesses I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from here, you won't get what you paid for and it seems like they are just a poorly run reseller who jacks up prices on things you can just go buy yourself for cheaper elsewhere.
