I had a question about the paint and it was answered with an email next day. It was easy to order and the paint came very quickly on the normal delivery charge. I have used paint shed before and will do again. I live in the country and it’s great not having to get in the car all the time. Very good result, great quality paint and good price. Thank you.

The ordering process and website were very easy to use, and I was able to order the specialised colour that I needed for 2 paint types.
The follow up communication was extremely thorough, informing me at every stage of preparation, despatch and delivery, which surprisingly was free, given the already low cost of the products.
The products arrived very quickly and were extremely well packaged using sustainable packaging.

Unhelpful
I am changing my positive review. Yes, quick delivery but very unhelpful when I asked for advice on colour options.
Please don't make a mistake on mixed colours. I stupidly missed that it can't be returned or exchanged, but again, shows no flexibility. The colour I chose was on their website, hence I assumed this was standard. Instead sending me 3 different links where it explains the terms.
The date for experience was 14/05/2026 following email exchange, asking for advice. For some reason Trustpilot doesn't let me chose the correct date.

As your paint was mixed to order, we were unfortunately unable to accept a return once it had been made, even after you found the colour was darker than expected for your bathroom. We do make every effort to clearly highlight when paints are mixed to order at several stages, so customers can make an informed choice.

For that reason, our colleagues aim to support customers in exploring the available options rather than selecting a colour on their behalf.
