Great company who has a fabulous range. Most importantly the after sales are at the end of the phone for any issues.

Original item arrived damaged but the company chased up and replaced within a couple of days. Very pleased with customer care. Would happily recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was prompt and any enquires were answered immediately with a personal touch. The product (Aruba Rattan 9 seater corner dining set) is of good quality and value for money. A very small missing part was replaced within 24 hours of being reported which was an unexpected surprise. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

I ordered the 9 seat Malta garden furniture set in ocean grey and it's stunning in my garden.
The customer service I received was first class, nothing was too much trouble.
I also ordered the water proof covers, which are fantastic quality also.
I would highly recommend The Pack Tag Group.

After being let down with another company I found the exact same set with Pack Design ordered at the weekend and it arrived Thursday husband said it was easy to set up and it’s so comfy absolutely delighted with it and with the companies service.

Highly recommended, impeccable customer service and prompt responses. Love my furniture, as described on the site. Lovely colour and very comfortable. Took approx 3 hours to assemble, worth the wait! ...... Just need the sun to come out!

I ordered covers for our new 9 seater garden furniture I left it until the evening to put them on (it was due to rain over night) this is when I realised a sofa and a chair cover was missing I emailed straight away this was after 10pm I got a reply within 15 minutes which I really didn’t expect saying they were so sorry and will send the missing items which I should receive in 48hrs , 24hrs later I have received the missing covers, excellent customer service from start to finish, I would definitely use this company again, ps the covers are excellent quality too.

Ordered the Fiji 8 seater rattan set in dove grey. Few delays on delivery due to the borders however arrived last week and it’s beautiful. Tricky to put up as instructions are not great but got there in the end and very pleased with the result. Very comfy and sturdy just what we wanted a great addition to our garden! Customer service was great from start to finish highly recommend!

Good quick delivery free to the Scottish Highlands. Slight problem with the cushions but this was remedied very promptly.

Purchased the 9 seater Malta sofa seating set in ocean grey. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged so I messaged Lloyd and he contacted me immediately arranging replacement parts for delivery the next day. Absolutely brilliant service and would totally recommend them.
