Defective product but excellent customer service

Although the Gyro Ball I ordered took 20 days to arrive and then didn't work, the customer service was outstanding. Gripster responded within hours to my initial email, asked for a video which confirmed the ball didn't work and immediately said they would issue a refund (my preferred option - I could have had them send another). The refund was processed promptly and confirmed by my credit card company. Although the product was defective the customer service was great.

Good products and amazing customer support

I purchased 3 items from this website, a gyro ball, a gripster and an adjustable gripper.
The other two products were fine but the gyro ball was stuck and not rotating as it should.
I contacted the support email mentioned on the website, I received a response within a few hours and they sent me a replacement for it. What was rather amazing was that I didn't even need to return the broken item back to them, which I find is rare in online shopping these days. So I decided to post a review here (I don't usually write online reviews).
