Excellent service, really fast delivery and great communication

From customer service to the actual phamplets being delivered everyone was helpful and listened to what I wanted they duly arrived on time and they look brilliant well done and thank you

THIS IS A SCAM!
I asked for a hoodie and t shirt with my personal training company embroidered on and not only was the customer service absolutely shocking all the way through. The items I received were shocking. I ordered a large hoodie and the sleeves come half way up my forearm (I’m 5’10) and the embroidery on my T shirt is abominable. I could have done better with a needle and thread myself. I was told that I could be refunded for the embroidery errors however they told me “do you even know your size?” When telling them the hoodie is too small.

Good value for money, quick delivery. We asked for the roll up banner design and she came up with a design quickly and we received our products timeously as well. Unfortunately, two were damaged in transit but Chika sent us the corresponding replacements immediately and we're very happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend this Company and use again in future.

Very happy!!! The exact same ring light as Kawaii lighting but for half the price !!! Arrived so quickly !!! Works perfectly but it does NOT come with a cord that works in the states, i did have to use my old cord

I contacted The Ordinary Gift via WhatsApp where I sent my request for Thank You cards and complimentary templates I use for my ecommerce store to be printed.

The experience I had with them was rich. The customer services was top notch. They edited my canva template using pdf and printed a pristine work, timely.

The signposting from start to finish was exceptional as when it was time to pick my order I located the store very easily.

Oh, did I speak about their price. It was highly competitive.
