Great product, super soft and cuddly and delivery within days - very impressed. I am a bit sad that the designs have changed a lot with so many branded patterns instead of the cute animal designs whi... See more

It is the warmest, most scrumptious and utterly buttery piece of clothing you will ever own. We use ultra soft flannel fleece paired with warm sherpa fleece so you don't have to worry about the cold. Some think it's a blanket. Some think it's a hoodie. Either way we know you're going to be cosiest in The Oodie.

No problem with products or delivery.
Delivery 1: Item too small (my bad!): Returned
Delivery 2: Wrong product (Oodie's bad!): Returned
Delivery 3: All good!
However, it took weeks, and an amount of chasing from me, to actually get a refund for both returns.

The oodies were and are great, having bought three, one I gave away, one I’m flogging to death, the last is the ready replacement, and I’ve had them quite awhile. Great out in the bush!
Sleep tee’s have been my biggest issue. Different sizes? Now, I’m a large bloke, of 6, one is a flop, 3 are actually perfect, 2 a little smaller. But all is not lost on the flop, a fine gift for someone.
Overall, very happy with what I got.

If there are no issues with your order, The Oodie is great. I have had many positive experiences with this company. However, if something does go wrong, you can expect to receive little in the way of actual assistance and only empty apologies and a lack of action. Order at your own risk
To clarify the situation, I had a deadline for my order because I was travelling overseas. I placed my order with more than enough time for the order to arrive using express shipping. I reached out to the Oodie after 2 business days, Tuesday, for an update as I was getting nervous that the order would not be shipped in time and explained my situation. I was reassured that I would receive my tracking link by the end of the next day.
2 days later, Thursday, still no tracking link. I reached out to the Oodie again, requesting an update and explaining the situation. They said that they would look into the delay and then I was advised that there was a delay with the fulfilment centre that would be resolved within a week. With that timeframe, it would be too late for my order to arrive before I departed.
I was told that my order would be prioritised due to my deadline. That was clearly not the case. When following up, I was mostly given rote word explanations about the delay and that my order would be shipped “as soon as possible”. On Friday, once it became clear that the order would not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date, they refunded my shipping which was the first tangible help I received. While appreciated, it did not solve the actual problem.
I again reached out on Monday, the day I was supposed to receive my order, for an update. Initially, I got a standard response that my tracking link would be sent as soon as it was available and that they were awaiting an update from the fulfilment team. Once I mentioned Steph had said that the order had been picked, I was advised that they would finally get to the bottom of the issue. I was told that my order had finally been formally prioritised (after almost a week of reaching out with a deadline and being told it had been prioritised) and the Oodie admitted that it should not have taken this long for assistance or a resolution.
I received an email later that day that was supposed to contain my tracking link, but there was no tracking link included in the email and the tracking link button was not clickable. When I, yet again, reached out to customer service, I was advised that the tracking link takes 24-48 hours to begin updating which completely overlooked the issue which was there was no tracking link or number in my email.
I just hope that the order arrives in time and that there are no issues with the actual product as I dread having to try get any resolution for a product issue.
There does not seem to be good communication between the fulfilment team and the customer service team as this whole process has been far too reliant on me wasting my own time to chase up an order when customer service should have been able to assist much earlier. Customer service has also not been able to answer questions directly or accurately which has caused so much unnecessary stress. I have ordered several times over the years but can’t say that I will be doing so again as I have zero confidence that should a future order encounter any issues, I will receive any actual assistance.
My experience with having to constantly chase up customer service for any sort of assistance seems to echo the experience of others so unfortunately it does not seem to be a one-off occurrence of substandard customer service.

Although the company sent the wrong order-twice!- the customer service response was immediate and personal. In these days of robots, it made a very welcome change! They sorted the problem out eventually and the recipient was very pleased with the product.

I’ve been buy from this company since they first opened, I just love everything about them. Christmas 2025….I brought my family 3 cooling blankets, one each for my, daughter, son-in-law and my youngest grandson. They absolutely loved them. My daughter suffers with a condition that makes her sweat 😰 and she had to sleep on towels and change during the night. Now, she doesn’t. The blanket is just perfect 👌 her husband has one as well. Even in the winter she still sweats. My youngest grandson has one and he loves it too. My oldest grandson has a weighted blanket as he is a coldie.
Buying from anywhere else is just NOT WORTH IT. 👍🏼🌻😁

This concern the EU website.
My first order during the sale, and the delivery company shipped it back saying they couldn't find my address.
I was a bit annoyed to not find a phone number on the website of the oodie, but I filled the contact form and they replied to me the same day and sent me a replacement before waiting for the return to arrive.
The replacement reached us quickly and we love them. I am plus size, my husband is a giant and our oodies are still gigantic on us, warm and snuggly..definitely not comparable to the competition.
I highly recommend for the product quality and the top notch customer service.

Absolutely disgusted yet again, ordered in time for Christmas got an email saying delivery 16/1 great Christmas present NOT, did live chat and they delivered on 27/12 so why not before Christmas Day like I wanted it. They changed it from 16th so why could they not send it when I ordered it.

I’m a repeat customer - over the years we’ve accumulated several Oodies, sleep tees, an Oodie coat plus their blankets (not just for me, also for my hubby and kids)! All the Oodie products we’ve received are wonderfully soft, warm and comfortable. I think they’ve helped reduce our heating bill! Family love to strip off their school / work clothes and get their Oodies on when they get home! I’d highly recommend Oodie and I’m sure I’ll be buying more in the future!

I bought an oodie fleece and a coat . The coat arrived well before Christmas but the fleece didn't. I contacted oodie and they could not have been more apologetic and sent a replacement straight away , the post office lost the package.
First the oddie , my partner loves it , she says it's so much cosier than her old one . The coat , saved my Christmas as my partner loved it straight away and uses it everytime she goes out. She was so happy she forgot the fleece hadn't arrived.
So would I recommend them ? Yes I would 100% , customer service was well above standard and really sorry for a problem that wasn't of their making , totally satisfied customer

I recently purchased a coat from Oodie. While the quality was fine, the fit was not. It fit everywhere except around the thighs, despite me carefully using the sizing guide and checking all measurements before ordering.
I was disappointed to discover that I then had to pay £3.99 to return the item. As the issue was due to inaccurate sizing information rather than customer error, I find it unacceptable to charge for returns in this situation.
Because of this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Oodie again. I expect better transparency and customer care, especially when customers take the time to follow sizing guidance correctly.

Thank you for reaching out to us and for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed and frustrated you feel.
I completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after carefully using the size guide and still finding that the fit wasn’t right. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
I understand your concerns regarding the return fee. At the moment, we’re only able to offer free return shipping in cases where an incorrect or faulty item has been received. For returns due to sizing or fit preferences, the return shipping fee does apply, and I’m sorry for the frustration this policy has caused.
We truly value your feedback, and I’m sorry that this experience has left you feeling disappointed.
If there’s anything else I can help clarify or assist with, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Basically they are saying if its damaged they pay postage, if not you pay... Read into that what you may

Very pleased with my coat which is reversible. I needed it for a cruise to the Arctic and found it worked perfectly in -12°. Never once was I cold and I only had to wear a normal jumper underneath it not an extra thick one. Whether I would’ve paid the full price for it is another matter but I’m delighted with what I got in the sale.

My order was delivered quickly and I was delighted with it. I ordered a Sherpa fleece dressing gown and I love it. It keeps me warm and cosy on these cold mornings. I have even popped it on if I felt chilly during the day. It’s great!

The item received was too big so decided to send back. Followed instructions provided to create the return. Received a QR code for an in-post return. Took the return to local in-post locker and received a tracking number. Received confirmation of the parcel being returned on the 31st Dec. Still haven’t had a refund, and now being told that they don’t appear to have received it (even though I have proof of the delivery). I’m told because it was a ‘self-service return’ which makes no sense other than I posted it back in an in-post locker myself, what else was I supposed to do? I’ve followed all processes, remained patient, and appear to be no closer to getting money back for an item that I no longer want or have. Be careful.

We have a few Oodies, the first couple are lovely, heavy, cosy, warm and snuggly…..excellent! The last one not so think/heavy but still cosy! Now on to the dressing gowns, I have a fleece lined one in OOD size as I like things big, this Xmas I got a Sherpa lined one in OOD also, lovely feel and very cosy, however the sizing for OOD is terrible, no where near as big to wrap around you, feels more restrictive and just not as comfy size wise! Really disappointed :(
Always liked the look of the pjs too but refuse to pay full price as they’re extortionate really….anyway some in the sale, thought ok I’ll treat myself, still a bit on the expensive side but hey if there as nice as they look, worth it!!
Disappointed to say the least, yes they feel soft and nice, don’t feel warming to me at all, just a thin cotton type material :( then the sizing……again I love oversized tops so got the 3xl, no way is this a 3xl, not oversized at all and for me a little uncomfortable, however the XL in the bottoms are a good fit, could even maybe size down, was so looking forward to these but extremely disappointed! Can’t return as they’re a clearance item so I have washed them first as it states on the smallest instructions known to man and will wear them but I certainly wouldn’t purchase anymore sadly……:(

I received my third oodie as a Christmas present, a leopard print one and I will say that compared to my other 2 oodies purchased 2/3 years ago the quality & thickness is nowhere near as good. The new one is much thinner and lighter than the other 2 I have, in-fact when wearing it, it feels half as heavy in comparison and it’s do thin I can feel my fingers when pinching the material - I can’t do that with my other two even though they are a few years old. So certainly now not worth the money being charged. These oodies used to be fantastic- high quality, heavy, thick and warm, this new one feels like a cheap Amazon copy. Clearly the quality has been compromised with the cost of everything increasing

I bought a pair of the PJ's in black in December and loved them so much I ordered a second pair in the sale, cloud bottoms, plain blue top. I have also in the past brought several oodie's and slippers.
The PJ's are so soft, so warm so cosy, the feel is pure 5* luxury.
The only niggle I have is the washing instructions. Which is why I give 4* . Firstly, You have to search for them and when you find them they are too small to read. I had to photograph them and blow them up. Secondly the PJs cannot be tumble dried and the instructions are very precise to line dry in the shade.
Now these are winter pyjama's, this is the UK. In the winter the ability to line dry is scarce.
My new ones arrived Tuesday. Delivery is always fast. On Wednesday I washed them according to instructions.
It took 2 day's for them to dry on a clothes horse in doors (in a warm room), which really isn't ideal.
They are Fabulous but 2 pairs are needed because they take so long to dry. You can't change every night! Having said that, I love them. Along with my Panda oodie hoodie I could live in them full time, but then they would need washing daily!!!
