The bar was a lot smaller on the necklace than the bar that was shown in the videos. As no other size was advertised this means the company were being misleading . The chain is so thin I will have to buy another one , it’s pretty pathetic . The quality seems ok but unfortunately they are untrustworthy.

I bought the Bee Loved Locket with Mother-of-Pearl and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality is outstanding — it feels solid, looks beautiful and the details are perfect. Delivery was quick and the whole experience was smooth. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I bought a ring that was three rings intertwined. So disappointing. Very thin, cheap material. The silver plating has started scratching off from the rings rubbing against each other and I’ve only worn it under 2 minutes.

I was cheated. It cost about $70 for something that feels like it would have come out of a gum ball machine.

Endless nightmare, so steer clear of these cowboys. Ordered and selected Sweden as shipping address as the item was for a family member there for a milestone birthday. Then received an e-mail they can't ship there. They refused to refund me and instead told me my only option was store credit to use on a different webpage. I had no choice so did so. I also paid additionally on this second attempt for express delivery as I was running out of time with the birthday fast approaching. It is no a week past the promised express delivery date, I have received confirmation it has been delivered and signed for, but nothing has arrived - I have checked with the neighbours and also with the local Fedex depot. They are still refusing to refund me, despite taking my money on false pretences (I ordered based on how they offered Sweden in the list of available shipping destinations) and second order with added express delivery. So I am £140-odd worse off and no item to be seen. I don't think I've left a bad review in my life, but this has made me so angry and given this company purports to supply personal, special gifts, I want to warn others who, like me, might be looking for something special for a loved on. Don't go near this!! Absolute crooks.

Ordered a beautiful necklace and personlized charm which when arrived had misspelled a name in one of the rings on the charm. This was not their fault so I contacted customer support to get a new name ring as quickly as possible. Without hesitation and knowing it wasn’t their mistake I was informed w no cost to me they would ship a new name ring out. I’d like to thank customer support and everyone from Theo Grace for their effort in making this experience great for me. Sometimes it’s the small things that set a company aside from others.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences ordering some personalised jewellery from this company. Although it looks like a British based company it ships from USA so there is a delay in shipping and response to emails. The 2 personalised bracelets I ordered for a specific date arrived unfinished withe the clasps on either end of both bracelets not attached. After several emails 2 replacement straps arrived for me to put together but were the wrong colour. After several more emails and they continue to offer more replacements or a store credit and despite asking for a full refund I am still waiting for this to be confirmed.
