So I saw this company advertising on my Instagram and thought the products looked really good. I bought the bundle which includes the hot sauce, the sichuan chilli oil and the Balinese jam. Let me tell you I’ve tried a whole bunch of different chilli oils and this one is by far the best I’ve tasted. The flavour is immense and not just pure chilli heat it’s got a really complex flavour, you’ll be asking for a bigger jar that’s for sure :) The tropical heat hot sauce is delicious, again it’s not too spicy and has a lovely fruity flavour it’s certainly not going to blow your head off. The Balinese jam is something I’ve never even heard of but again the taste is exceptional, it’s got a really savoury flavour that goes perfect with chicken or any other meat or veggies to be honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here, I’ve just made my second order as I’ve run out of the Sichuan chilli oil already.

You can't enjoy a meal without Novice Kitchen! The flavours are seriously delicious, and their range of products complements every dish, taking even the simplest foods to the next level. Lately, we've been obsessed with Tropical Heat over avocados – it's fantastic. I love the quality of the ingredients; you can be confident that you're not consuming anything artificial. Plus, the packaging is stunning and adds a great touch to my kitchen. Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

These are delicious sauces!! I love cooking with with Novice Kitchen sauces, especially the Balinese Jam! There are some great recipes on the website to follow too! Bought some as Christmas presents this year which everyone loved.

I would very much recommend for any corporate businesses looking to do functions that are a little bit different and offer an intimate feel where the chef cooking is with you in the same room! 10/10
