Have recently opened a new isa with the Nottingham Building Society (Mansfield Branch), as always the staff are very attentative to your needs and walk you through at a pace you understand. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to invest / save and get a decent percentage rate to boot . The real bonus is you get to speak with a real peson.

So far, everything. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who give you time and the opportunity to
ask questions (cup of tea in hand, if desired).
However, the most important advantage is being able to carry out any business in a private room. Sadly this is a rarity in many such establishments so long may it reign!

Staff are helpful, and don't rush you.

An appointment was made and we where taken into a private room which was appreciated. Whoever dealt with us was very efficient in the business transactions.
