THE NOLD Reviews 

I genuinely love supporting sustainable fashion platforms but what I’ve seen on The Nold’s website is disgraceful. They advertise incredible discounts on luxury sample and pre-loved pieces but then they inflate the so-called original retail prices to create fake discounts that make buyers think they’re getting a bargain. A few random examples: Agolde jeans retail around £300-£350, The Nold lists ‘original price’ as £539 then pretends to give a -46% discount and sells them for around £300. Balenciaga bag RRP listed at £4858 and then a ‘discounted price’ around £3673. Even Balenciaga’s own site sells it for £3250 at full retail! How is that ethical? Not only is it mocking the customer, this kind of practice damages trust in the whole sustainable fashion space!

No response on how to return a pair of shoes that are too big. Originally got a fast response saying they were looking into it and now silence (it has been almost a week). Please if you read this can you prioritise helping with my return as I am going away. Thank you (NOLD32528)

A bit sketchy. Majority of the reviews here are dated June 11 or 12 and reviews tend to only have that one review on their profile.

Through NOLD, I have sold so many items of mine over the past few years. Couldn’t have expected a better customer service, return on my sales with the margin I made for the various items and a larger pool of buyers Nold touches through their marketing activities! My go to marketplace for both buying pre-loved items and selling the pieces I see I don’t wear anymore and want to free space for new fashion pieces!

The offers are too good, truly! Loved ghe brand drops, the curated experience, the clear taxes and duties rules and clearly the discounts. I got two items from Agua Bendita and Sanne and everything was flawless!

Finally a legit place for amazing sample sales . I have been shopping with the nold a few times already and every time the deals are better and better. They really put the work in it !
