First of all, everything is plastic. I paid extra for the “wood” frame but it’s not wood. The plastic on front also came scratched. I paid over $100 for something so cheap. Very upsetting.

Had you contacted us when you received it to allow us to resolve the issue we would have replaced or refunded the order on receipt of photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery.
Customer service has now reached out to you to offer a resolution even though it's past 30 days from delivery.

The idea is nice but honestly the frame is cheap and the placement in the frame is crooked. Which cannot be fixed because the frame is sealed. It was expensive for that. I’m not overly impressed with this purchase. The frame was also scratched. I’ve purchased before and had no issues so I expected more.
