Bad service and worse customer support company

This company worth negative and worst customer service support, l don't understand why l need to bear EUR60 shipping cost as l contact them to stop the delivery many times but they never give reapond to me, if they have read my email and take fast action that it would happened such problem on dispatched out, only l take afford to contact DHL and explain the reason that someone has stolen my credit card for place order, so they should refund the full amount include shipping cost back to me. But their final response is very impolite and turn the responsibility is caused by customer, give such response to me : no need to send us the same email 10 times and copy and paste it under all our Instagram posts.

Reliable Webshop

I was a bit sceptical to order, having seen the other reviews at trustpilot. Nevertheless, I gave it a try since some of the negative reviews complain about the shipping cost for returns, which is clearly listed on the website!

I ordered a jacket which was shipped the morning after placing my order. Upon receiving the item it was properly packaged and in good condition. I would definitely order here again.

missing refund

They deduct the return shipping cost (10€) from total refund payout! This is not legal and against EU law. They have to refund the whole amount you paid.
Will never buy here again.

Good price, and sent to UK with no issues despite brexit

Good price so can’t complain.
Took a little while to arrive, but with brexit i can understand why.
Could be a bit better with communication. I emailed about dispatch time as i’d heard nothing for a week after ordering, and received no reply to my email, but in all honesty given the price i’m quite happy and would recommend

Bad store

Bad store. Not customer oriented.
I ordered two pairs of New Balance sneakers, so they sent me a completely different color. Nobody answered my e-mails in store (later I received a notification that the letters were deleted without reading).
The second attempt to purchase, also, was unsuccessful - the order was canceled because the goods were not available.
If you love and respect yourself, do not buy here.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They promise to deliver within 3 days however it took 2 weeks! I asked for a refund and no one is answering my emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Sent out a shirt which cost €125 and it’s covered in stains and marks. They wouldn’t give me a refund unless I sent the item back to France AT MY EXPENSE. Refused to agree it was damaged even when I sent pictures. Avoid at all costs they will scam you and rip you off. Disgusted
