The boots that bought on the new kits arrived today after I complained about it, I was a little bit disappointed because I spent two weeks waiting for the boot and didn’t recieve a single feedback from them , today I received the boots and I could say that the quality they show on the pictures is true and the boots arrived well, very comfortable and good to use, I’m very happy with the purchase I’ve made and hope I will buy more boots through them.

Terrible company you can't get a response from them, they sent the item 48hr delivery it still hasn't arrived poor customer service.

This company is not real and full of BS. Ordered boots and no shipment and no customer service. My Son is broken by the falsehood of this company and the made up and unreal 5 star reviews. DO NOT buy from this place. YOU will get ripped off.

I bought myself the Barcelona 24/25 away kit and I am shocked! The quality is amazing the stitches are spot on and it fits me like a glove! I suggest everyone who’s looking for kits ti buy from here! I will definitely buy more kits the next time I order

The Jersey has a great quality and the staff are very friendly

Very poor customer support and not reading the emails as keep repeating and not responding my son was very upset and I was as we ordered football boots the right size but came the wrong size still haven’t resolved it never again will order

Second time in three orders that the wrong shirt has been sent. Like last time they asked if I'd like a 70% discount in lieu of returning the shirt. After reluctantly agreeing that's the last I ever heard.

The order took about 4 weeks to come, so I thought I got scammed.

The Website was also down during this time, so i had no hope.

But once it arrived, it was exactly how they described it, and I love my jerseys.

Buying from 'The New Kits' was a big mistake. I had my eye on an Adidas jacket which was £90 on the Adidas website, I shopped around and 'The New Kits' were selling it at £65 with free postage so I decided to order it as it seemed a reasonable (but not too good to be true) price.

I was quickly sent a Royal Mail tracking number which didn't work, so I questioned it and was told I would receive it soon, I chased it up a few times with no response, but it did eventually arrive, 3 weeks after ordering.

I'd already realised it was some kind of scam, so decided to buy it again, from Adidas directly. Which came just before the one from the new kits. You don't need to get to close to realise that the one from the New kits is fake, its a very thin, plasticky material, with bad, flat printing where as the Adidas one is cotton and nicely embroidered, its a really bad copy.

Don't make the mistake I did, order from a legitimate shop.

The item did arrive but had to wait almost 6 weeks for it to be delivered. The only contact details were email.

Rubbish don't waist your time and money on it.
£40.00 to their pockets and I never received a confirmation order or the item. SCAMERS.

Bought two kits perfect quality will order again

I ordered from The New Kits, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My order’s tracking number has shown as "pre-transit" since Friday, with no updates or progress. After several days of waiting, I reached out to customer service asking for clarification and a refund, as my parcel had not moved.

Instead of providing a valid solution, they sent me an incorrect tracking number that doesn't correspond to my order. This further complicates the situation and is completely unprofessional. Now, it’s Thursday, and I’m still no closer to receiving my order or getting a refund.

This company’s lack of communication, inability to resolve issues, and poor customer service has left me frustrated. If you value your time and money, I highly recommend avoiding The New Kits. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution, but based on this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

The customer service is NOT good, it has been 2 months since i ordered my jersey and it has not been shipped. I have asked to cancel and refund the order numerous times because it has been in shipment for such a long time! Do not order from this website.
