The download sytem was great and prompt. One small change I would recomment is allowing the customer to imput the version rather than submitting a image.

Ben is an expert and answered every detailed question I had about firmware upgrades for my Audi TT RS. His careful advice reassured me at every step.
The package arrived to Australia from the UK in a week. The instructions provided by Ben were detailed and easy to follow.

Great product
Great product, great price, great support. I am so thankful to have updated maps, and Android Auto in my 2016 TTS. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a bundle with updated VC as an option. No worries though, I couldn't be happier. Thanks

The installation instructions are well written and provide confidence to the updating process.
It can be a concern that the software update might be difficult and could create an issue, but I did not have to worry as TheNavMan instruction sheets were well written and matched exactly the status shown on the screen of my Audi A4. Highly recommended.
