I recently described my sessions with Tara to a friend as "Just like chatting to a childhood friend who gives unreal feedback and advice!". Tara has helped me so much to navigate a particularly 'busy' part of my life, and taught me how to keep myself front and centre of my decisions. I found it great to learn how to spot when I am 'getting through stuff' instead of being mindful in the situation and being present for myself when working through busy periods. Tara is a legend, and a healer of the mind, take just one session with her and you will see for yourself what all the reviews are trying to tell you!!

Tara has a presence and natural gift that you can’t train. She is highly skilled and very well accredited too mind you but she definitely has something more. Her skills could definitely been seen as I waffled many different aspects of my life in my first session with her. She decoded, analysed and got me to think deeper and reflect. It helped me in understanding my values and where my habits had been coming from. Building my own understanding of self has meant I’m so much more aware of what I needed to change and improve on to live a better life. Love my beautiful leather bound book. My daughter some how messed the lock and I could not open it, I contacted Tara who immediately responded with advice. When I couldn’t open it, she posted a new folder for free. I had not expected that at all and it just made my week! The best customer service…ever! There aren't enough stars to give Tara!! She uses the word 'legend' and that's exactly the word I would use to describe her. I rarely invest in myself like this so my coaching session with Tara was very out of the norm for me, but I have followed her on social media for awhile now and I knew doing something like this would be beneficial. And it was!!! I didn't know what to expect but we went right back to my past, my 11 year old me. It has opened my eyes like never before. She has helped me realise exactly what I have in life and what I want to have for my future. In just 2 weeks since my session I feel a huge shift in my mindset. The changes I've made are all very very small, un-noticeable to anyone else really, but they are all leading me to the life I want to create.
