I’m sorry to report that this company is not very organised, they were the cheapest from the 3 quotes that I had. However, on the day, they said that it would cost another £1800 as they could not get everything into the 2 Luton vans that they brought. When they came round they quoted me for the entire contents of my home and in fact there was less then they had quoted for as I had thrown lots of my stuff out or given it away.

On the day I had no choice but to pay the £1800, this now made them the most expensive of the three.

In fairness to them the guys who arrived were all nice and polite but my impression was that this is a firm of Cowboys as they didn’t really know what they were doing.

They arrived after 9am ( should have been there from 8am) and we had a 2 hour drive and didn’t manage to set off until 4 pm.

The quote included dismantling and re building furniture and beds but these were either not put back together properly and /or damaged.

They didn’t leave until around 1am in the morning, there was still some furniture that was not put back together and various items of furniture missing. I called the next day and left a message but no one returns my call.

I guess the lesson is that if something seems too cheap there is usually a reason for this.

I used this removals company to move recently. I had a survey visit which clarified everything about the move and answered my questions. The guys did a fantastic job on a hot sunny day without complaining and we were very happy with the whole process. There was a big delay with the keys at the new home so the guys didn't finish till late. we are very happy with move and they charged us a reasonable price which was very competative and their service was impeccable! will be recommending you to anyone who is moving. Thank you again for all your hard work!

On their website they say they have 100% satisfaction, as a disabled woman who was made to pay £600 waiting time which was NOT justified as they were not waiting any more than 1 hour as our new neighbour will confirm with her ring doorbell and their site also clearly states they don't charge for the first 2 hours. Something else they failed to mention is that things that belonged in the house were left in the garden, things that belonged in the bedroom were left in the kitchen, it took us 8 days to sort the home out and to add insult to injury we discovered a very expensive broken garden ornament but we were told we should have reported it within 7 days so we can't claim for it. We should have realised how it would end when they turned up 2 hours late on the day

Stay away as this company is a scam!

1) No resolution yet after roughly two months on the complaint - they claimed to be still looking into it and/or that the manager is on holiday. No one picks up telephone calls either to the call centre or the sales people mobile phones.

2) They are not part of a trade association, so are not accountable to anyone.

3) Their website is defunct and they do not answer calls when calling their tel. number.

4) They demanded payment by bank transfer which is as good as handing cash - no protection from financial institutions whatsoever.

5) No receipt has been provided as promised in their original email or by my request for it later on.

Absolutely Brilliant!

We got let down on the day of our move and contacted a number of companies to see if they can help. The Nations Movers were the only ones that were available on such short notice. They arrived as they said, with 4 large vans, 6 staff, done all our move lighting fast. Drove 140 miles to our new home and unloaded everything perfectly. Poor guys didnt finish till 3am! They worked tirelessly to turn an extremely stressful situation for us into pure relief. Thank you The Nations Movers and special thank you to Asif and Raja you guys were brilliant!
