As the Disney store no longer do the name sacks i was gutted but found this online shop, im over the moon with it great quality & i will have a very happy little girl Xmas morning thank you 😁

Absolute robbery. Ordered a product. Wasn't delivered on time. Called customer services and was told tough luck. You've already paid for it, I dont want to hear that your item hasn't been delivered. Extremely poor customer service. Not only would I never spend another penny. I would advise anybody to be very wary of being entangled with this 'company'

Ordered a blanket but was told that the colour promoted on the site was not actually the colour I ordered so spoke with a man on the phone and he said I can either have a different colour blanket or a refund which I thought was fair so asked for a refund. I then got a email to say I would be refunded and yet no refund was ever paid back into my account. I was told I would receive a refund by email on the 20th of September and it’s not the 4th of October and I’ve had nothing. I emailed the company and I have had no response so i’m guessing I won’t be getting my money back. I hope my £18 has made them very happy as clearly they need it more than I.

Been buying stuff for years from here and honestly the service is Faultless. The stockings I received are unreal quality, personalised stitching's, top notch. Always love shopping with these guys.

I ordered a personalised outfit, and when I received it was relay nice but way to small, my babys 8 months and i ordered 12months i would say sizing is very small more of a 6-9 months it was. I sent a email if i am able to exchange but no reply atall

Bought a pink tracksuit for my daughter, it’s perfect. From the size to material. Will be ordering again 150%. And great customer service, any problems just email them and they get right back to you. Thank You.

Bought a personalised track suit thought the name would be on the front but it’s not it’s on the back and you can’t see it because of the hood very disappointed

Wonderful experience - I placed an order for a personalised baby gift and an hour later had an email that it had shipped! I worried the personalisation had been missed so I called up the shop and the owner answered that he'd completed it already! Wonderful service and a great business.
