Very friendly reception, Adam very patient during lesson especially with a left-hander with no music instrument experience at all, I did say it was going to be a challenge but Adam did say he liked a challenge and I enjoy it.

Stellar guitar setups/repairs & fantastic customer service
Sent my neglected Gibson LP to Paul and the guys at Music Bank for a full machine head replacement and setup. They went above and beyond and diagnosed and addressed various other issues with the guitar and kept me in the loop the whole time. Absolutely fantasic service.

Helpful and friendly staff who think outside the box
As always, friendly and helpful staff, who can and do think outside the box where needed. Had a couple of issues I needed help with and both members of staff were not only very helpful but also saved me time and money. I would highly recommend.
