The package when delivered was in quite…
The package when delivered was in quite a bad condition. There was a big hole in the box and there was only one nylon strap holding the long box together. The selotape holding the rest of the box together was not doing its job. One of the poles was slightly dented which made fixing together tricky. Having saying that the product is good and we hope it will do its job.

Customor service is zero
The product they sell is good. But customer service is zero. I bought a helmet a week ago, they sent it to Amazon courier yesterday. The courier asked for the code the store sent me. But the store did not send. The courier took the package, I complained to the store by email, the code arrived late last night. Today the courier came again and the code is not good, expired, invalid. I complained again and asked for my money back for the second time. But I didn’t even get an answer or money. I don't want to take anything from them anymore. Now no helmet, no money.
Second part
In the evening I received an email to say sorry, give me my phone number and call today with a valid code. I sent it to him. He didn't call. the next morning, came a new email that sorry again, and sent a new code. This code wasn't valid either, the courier didn't even want to talk to me anymore. I think this is all a scam. All codes are invalid, my money is with him, the box may not even have a helmet.
A few days later, my money was returned, so I closed the story with the shop.

Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of a helmet from 'themotorcyclegearshop', the price was the lowest I could find anywhere, the communications were great and the delivery was right on time. Would definitely use again.

Item took nearly three weeks to arrive…
Item took nearly three weeks to arrive when it was stated 3-5 days. Communication was very poor. Took a long time to get replies to emails/messages. Eventually everything did get sorted.

It took longer than I expected to…
It took longer than I expected to arrive but the delivery man was great realy thoughtful about where he left the large canopy so I didnt have to move it before fitting.Well done

The helmet itself is faultless, but...
The helmet itself is faultless, excellent sound quality & a good fit. The fact it responds to Google commands is an added bonus which will help whilst driving. Haven't had a phone call whilst driving as yet. The shopping experience isn't quite as good. I wanted a Saturday delivery, but there's no option. It took 3 days and 2 emails to get a response from customer service, their response was our courier will let you do this. I never found out who the courier was, nor when I could expect delivery. I found the helmet in my back garden by chance after taking some rubbish to wheelie bin. A £150 helmet just sat there by the door. No card through the door, no email confirmation. Nothing. God knows how long it had been sat there, I haven't been in the back yard for a few days. I certainly won't be using this retailer again.

Due to volume of orders we get it may take us a couple days to upload the tracking information.
Sometimes the courier delivers the item before we get the chance to.
Sorry the courier did this.
Because of Covid-19 most couriers are just leaving packages in a safe place.
They should have left you a card.
I will call the courier up tomorrow and make a complaint on your behalf.
Poor communication
Ordered a helmet on Sunday told was told 3 to 5 days delivery, I received a message on Tuesday informing product out of stock and suggesting an alternative, this was not suitable so I requested a refund. I have sent a number of emails but no response or refund. I would not use this company again.
I have now received my refund after posting my review.
