Outstanding service, exceeding all expectations
Rita and the team have recently secured our mortgage offer and have exceeded expectations throughout the entire process.
As I’m a contractor, I was unsure where to start but Rita expertly navigated every step and was an excellent, knowledgeable sounding board.
She supported us through our home search, always being tremendously efficient and responsive to queries from us and the agent. We’re now awaiting our exchange date but recently had the lovely surprise of Vinay emailing to let us know that as mortgage rates had dropped, they had secured a better rate with the same lender, with no additional checks or work from our end at all. Knowing that up to the very end of this purchase they continue to act on our behalf and are working to lock in the best deal while we’re busy packing boxes is absolutely invaluable!
I would highly recommend the Mortgage Stop, they are certainly so much more than just an “online broker” and have taken so much stress out of the process for us both. Thank you Rita, Vinay and Rohit for the outstanding service.

I had a fantastic experience working with The Mortgage Stop. From the moment I reached out to them, they exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that put my mind at ease.
