Highly recommend Jahidu, to sort out you mortgage requirements his knowledge is amazing. He was there every step of the way. When we were not sure how to download certain things he was there to guide us through (has the patience of a Saint). I would certainly recommend any family or friends without hesitation.

We can’t thank Jahidu enough for his support throughout our mortgage process. We had quite a specific case with a JBSP mortgage and needing broker-only lenders, something we simply couldn’t have done without professional help. From start to finish, he guided us through every stage with patience and clarity.

He kept us updated at all times, explained everything in detail, and always made sure our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. What could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and reassuring thanks to his expertise and friendly approach.

Jay was amazing from start to finish. I had a tricky remortgage which also involved redeeming Help to Buy and he started helping me a whole year before my renewal date. No question was ever too small and his advice was brilliant every time. His knowledge of the market meant he found the best solution for me. I’m really happy with how everything worked out and will definitely be going back to Jay in the future!

Amazing service from start to finish and by saying he went above and beyond is an understatement as he did all that and more.
To start with first communication and appointment Jahidu makes you feel you are in good and capable hands.
His professionalism and knowledge were evident from the first minutes into our meeting as we though my situation goals what can I afford etc..
The mortgage that he secured for me was better that I could have hoped for and even managed a few weeks before completion to get another with even lower rates.
Fast forwarding what I really want to mention is that I had huge trouble and delays from my solicitors but Jahidu doesn't just stop his service once the mortgage is approved, he was there to advise and help till completion day.
On multiple occasions I had gone to him to get advise which is not his job to do but he is more than happy to answer even the most silliest of questions that I might had and he always replied with detailed explanations and spot on answers.
I will go as far to say that if he hadn't helped me my house purchase would have fall thought.
I don't believe there is another person I would trust more in a house purchase and moving forward in the future I know exactly where to go and I will be advising all friends and family to not bother looking anywhere else.

I've been in the market for a while looking for a second house. Due to various reasons I didn't think I could afford one without the support of Jadu. His knowledge within the industry meant I was able to secure my second home way ahead of my original timeline. More importantly, he saved me alot of time and hassle of dealing with the mortgage. Myself and my partner first dealt with Jahidu when he was affiliated with another company back in 2022. He supported us through the complexities of our first mortgage and imparted his wealth of knowledge. His attention to detail was outstanding and he always went above and beyond to accommodate us, which left a lasting impression.

Since needing some further financial services for the coming year, we knew exactly who to turn to! And, as expected, we have received a gold-star service from day one. If anything, since starting his own company (congratulations!), he has only improved his service further by freeing himself from the corporate constraints, and there's truly nothing more we could ask for.

Jahidu is incredibly helpful and insightful, he also is not afraid to acknowledge any limitations but will always work to come back with an answer, a work-around or will signpost you to relevant services. Rather than charlatans who will bluff their way through. It is clear however he is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, answering my many many questions and explaining each step of the process - something that provides unending assurance.

Never have we felt pressured by Jahidu, nor that we weren't listened to or that we couldn't set the pace. He has always been upfront, transparent and reliable in his responses. Initially when shopping for a broker, we faced condescension and ridicule for our lack of experience and knowledge around finances and mortgages. Yet we were welcomed, guided and encouraged by Jahidu. He is incredibly kind and understanding and his compassion really shows. In fact, after 2 years he still remembered us when we reached out! Which shows how much he really cares about his work.

I'm so grateful to have landed at his feet, and I'm confident we will return for our remortgage, next home and anything else in between!!
