I called TMS customer service and worked with several agents. We spent hours on the phone over multiple conversations, and did not get the problem resolved.
As a last ditch effort, I sent an email to Kristi after finding her contact info here. She was amazing and very helpful in getting the payment situation resolved. I don't know that the problem would have been fixed otherwise. Her follow-through and caring attitude made all the difference! Thanks for your help, Kristi!
Kristi Schleicher was on point while assisting me. This is what customer service should look like and she helped me in a time of need. Thank you so much!! I am currently deployed, and am a single person. My payments come out Automatically, and my escrow came up short and didn’t realize it because of no mail, e mail or communication at the time. The money source dinged me for late payments and held he money that I did pay paid and it was reported that the full payment amount was late to the credit agency instead of the 50-60 dollars I was short. I called immediately after I found out to remedy the problem and explained that I was overseas, and had my payments automatically deducted and there was no way I could have known I was short. When customer service learned of my issue, Kristi contacted me immediately and helped me out. She made me feel like my issue was important to TMS, and everything has been resolved. Thank you once again.

I had some confusion regarding a loan payment, and TMS was quick to respond to me and clear up my confusion. I received an excellent level of customer support from Kristi Schleicher.
My property was pulled out of a Forbearance when I sent a Cashiers Check in the full amount of the back payments Expressed Priority Mail June 23rd with the cut off date being June 29.
Thank God I have sent a Cashiers Check vs. a regular check via first class because these low life Scammers did what I feared they would do, hold the payment and pretend I never Sent it so my house can go into Foreclosure. What these Scammers don't realize is that illegal foreclosure is very costly along with along with placing deliberate falsified information on one's credit report which is $10,000.00. I am waiting for them to betray me.

I am writing to sing the praises of Kristi Schleicher. I ran into a complicated tax issue and spent months attempting to communicate with TMS to find out what was going on and how to rectify the issue. I finally contacted Kristi (whose name/contact info I learned from WalletHub). Kristi provided exceptional service and was able to provide me with the information that I had been unsuccessful in finding out from TMS for months. I give Kristi 5 stars. Prior to her involvement, I would have given TMS 0 stars.
My loan was transferred from TMS to a different bank and back to the TMS within a year. TMS used my old contact information on my old loan and never contacted me about a returned payment resulting in a 150pt drop in my credit score. The customer service VP was not too helpful and advised they can't do anything or change my loan servicer so basically stuck with a sub-par loan servicer.
I am a real estate investor and unfortunately have had MANY negative experiences with mortgage lenders. We had a situation arise when escrow changed, resulting in autopay being a little short; this causes a late payment which was reported to the credit bureaus and drastically impacted my credit.
I called The Money Source, knowing success rate for credit reporting was very low, BUT Kristi Schleicher was phenomenal and rectified the issue immediately. She brings the service of a small bank to a large lender! Very happy and will be using TMS for future properties
One of the best, if not the best customer service experience I have had was the assistance I received from Kristi Schleicher. She was extremely professional in working with me. She actively listened to me, promised to get back to me after she made additional inquiries, and confirmed a date when she would contact me. She got in touch with me when she said she would with a resolution to a very frustrating issue (which I am pretty sure was a fair amount of work for her)! Kristi went above and beyond what I expected or hoped for. She was wonderful to work with and her organization is lucky to have her.
I too will be leaving this company. I switched from State Farm to usaa last august. My basement flooded and I had to pay for a new furnace, new hot water heater, new central air and mold remediation. State Farm didn’t bother showing up. In November, to rub salt in the wound, they claimed I had a $1600 escrow deficiency. I’ve thrown close to $4000 at this despite both insurers saying no shortage. Read that again. In fact, by switching to USAA my homeowners went DOWN. As of 1/2022 as a 100% service connected veteran, I don’t have to pay property taxes. As of 6/2022 I no longer pay school taxes. Why is my mortgage now $200 more after throwing all this money at it?
Oh and don’t be $200 short and pay $300 a week later. Because they will still give you 30 days late and it will require usually causes me to spend close to $3000 to bring it current.
This company treats disabled veterans like trash. They are hoarding my money for no reason.
I’ve owned houses before, I’ve rented before. No evictions or foreclosures. So WHY AM I PAYING $200 more than last year when most escrow isn’t owed (veteran) and I’ve paid $4000 trying to “share their delusion” of bringing a current account more “current?”
I’m engaged and we are refinancing AS SOON AS IM MARRIED!

Had an issue with my escrow account so I needed to contact customer service. I tried online through their contact us feature but that does nothing but tell you to call customer service. First call I spoke to a young lady who gave me incorrect information which made my situation worse. Second call was to a condescending and argumentative male who told me things would be corrected and my account updated in a week. It didnt happen. Third call was again taken by a female. She told me that it has been resolved and I should see my account updated with corrected payment information online. That was a month and a half ago. My account was never adjusted and this company was is a joke. I really want to refi away from them but with interest rates rising im stuck with them

While attempting to wire funds from a Credit Union to pay off my mortgage, I ran into some frustrating issues with the wire being rejected by the TMS bank. After two days working with the Credit Union, we couldn't get the Customer Service reps to contact their bank to find out why the rejection. After a couple attempts, I searched online and found the contact info for Kristi Schleicher, VP of Customer Experience. This allowed me to email her directly. She responded in less than five minutes and assured me she would work on the issue immediately. Mrs. Schleicher contacted their bank and the representative of the Credit Union and found the issue was with the Bank transmitting the complete information from the wire transfer to TMS. She resolved the issue and the wire was processed. I have no doubt that this would have gone on for days if she had not intervened. Immediate customer service? This is practically unheard today. I am very impressed with Mrs. Schleicher's efforts and amazed at how quickly she responded and resolved my issue.
