Initially I waited around 10+ days after placement of order with this vendor and no delivery. After emailing with the vendor and discovered the delivery mixed up, the vendor refunded the entire amount promptly.

I had a brilliant experience with The Modern Man. Had the parcel delivered to UAE and this has arrived on time and well packed . The prices are very good and Rob in customer services could not be more helpful. Will definitely buy from them again.

I received a parcel from them, some cologne, unfortunately the bottle was smashed upon opening, it had leaked onto the outer packaging, so likely happened in transit. I spoke to Rob on the CS number and he was brilliant, friendly and resolved my issue within minutes, he is arranging for a replacement to be sent out express post. Contrary to other reviews on here, my Customer Service experience was exemplary. I will definitely use them again.

Nice and easy, everything arrived as expected and in good time.

I made a large order almost a month ago. My confirmation email had my correct address that I put, however, I got a notification that the package delivered to a complete different address and was signed for by someone. I've tried contacting support for a week and a half multiple times with no response. Not sure if this company is legit.

Update: they said they had an issue with the ticketing system, I did get a response through the web form on their site when I contacted 3rd time. I will update as it progresses.

Update 2: yes so it turns out the package was destroyed during shipping, it happens, I understand. Just waiting now if Modern Man can resend the destroyed items or issue some sort of refund. Will continue to update this review as events unfold.

I had a product question. I contacted them by email at 8:30 AM. I got a response at 8:51. That is fantastic in my book! I would definitely recommend this company!

I am in Sydney and bought a razor from the Modern man UK.

The package was posted within a day of placing the order and arrived within 5 working days, much faster than expected.

The product delivered gave a great shave but had several manufacturing defects originating from the manufacturer (tooling marks on finish and misaligned posts). Danielle replied to me within a day of sending feedback. She went above and beyond to check shop floor stock and send me pictures confirming that all stock had the same issue. She took down all stock within the day and offered me a very generous solution to my predicament. There was no umm'ing and err'ing- just good service valuing the customer.

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will be purchasing from them in the future.

I can honestly say, without any exaggeration, that I have never had such great communication as I have had with "The Modern Man". I ordered 26 April, no update & my order still hasn't arrived.

I emailed support 5 days ago and no reply.

I’ve been shopping on this site for quite a while now, and it’s been a great experience! Pricing is great, very competitive, and the customer service representatives are second to none. If there’s ever been an issue, sometimes of my own doing ( forgetting to add something to my order) , they have always rectified it for me, no questions asked. Overall great company!! Danielle has helped me out now a few times, and she’s been very prompt with resolving my issues. A big thank you!!

A quick fix for my scalp issues! Love how effective this serum is, and the speedy delivery was a pleasant surprise.

I bought some Anthony Shave Cream. Delivery was excellent but I’m not convinced this isn’t a fake product. All Anthony products I’ve purchased before have red writing on the Ojective and Strategy. Also the O in Anthony is always red. The tube I received doesn’t have red characters and the cream doesn’t smell or feel like the previous products that I’ve bought. I would be wary of buying the same product from here.

It took me a bit to get Modern Man to respond regarding my nearly $100 order to either get a status update or tracking information. I did finally receive a response and the order was tracked. I was refunded for the original shipping cost I paid as well, which was very kind. I received the order a week later.

My daughter had a eyebrow pierced today Hollie made her feel comfortable and was absolutely brilliant cant thank her enough.

I ordered from another shop but received an order confirmation from this shop. Then an email that items were out of stock. I asked for a cancellation, which was confirmed. But Klarna invoice was not cancelled. They ignored my email about this. Then they sent me the items after I already ordered them elsewhere. Terrible.

Update: the shop has gotten in touch and cancelled the invoice. They also let me keep the items that were sent wrong. I’m glad they solved the issue so I am updating my rating.
