Excellent. Living in Cheshire, I haven’t visited the shop yet, but the mail order service is first class. I would have liked a little more packaging around the items; however, the Hornby coaches arrived in pristine condition. No tracking details were emailed, but I didn’t have a chance to chase this up, as I ordered Monday evening and the items were delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Thank you. Will happily use again - recommended.

I was let down by another online supplier after they discovered that the item advertised and I paid for was no longer in stock, hence my trying The Model Shop web site. Not only did I find the loco I wanted but at a more competitive price than my other supplier. Bought and delivered within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. The Model Shop is now on my list of preferred suppliers.

Great service
Stocked some items that were hard to find, so made online purchase. Delivery within a few days had the order slightly wrong. Quick contact with the shop outlined the problem which they dealt with promptly and without fuss.
