I placed order for a shower seat and it was delivered within the stated timeframe. Upon receipt of goods I discovered a few screws were missing. Jess in customer care was extremely helpful and had replacements delivered by next working day. My parents are super happy and my siblings know that shower time will be safer!

Great chair, very comfortable. A bit heavier than my previous one but much sturdier.
