Excellent resource
Having examples of things that fall into the category of ADHD symptoms really helped me when filling this out. Had several revelations about behaviors that I've always just thought were quirky but were really ADHD. I feel much more prepared for my upcoming diagnosis appointment now. This booklet helped me organize my thoughts and now I have notes I can look back at when I inevitably blank on a question.
Worth every penny
Worth every penny! I am a 54 year old woman and only in the last few years have I wondered about ADHD and had it suggested to me by a colleague (who has been diagnosed herself and could see similarities in my presentation).
I always thought that because I did really well at school I couldn't possibly have ADHD, but I've really struggled in later life. Up until now I had always put the symptoms down to other things e.g. the latest "cause" for how I am has been the fact that I am menopausal.
Having completed the mini ADHD I can now go confidently to my GP and ask for an assessment.
clear and well laid out
I’ve only started the process of completing the workbook, but it’s really well laid out and asks good questions that have god me thinking. There are a lot of pages, but the layout means it’s not overwhelming and a feel I can tackle a piece at a time.
So grateful for this amazing guide
So grateful for this amazing guide! I was already feeling stressed for my adhd diagnosis so having a packet to help oraganize all I wish to say helped more than you can imagine. Thank you so much for this amazing tool!
Very helpful if you're going for an assessment
I was able to send this to my psych for my initial assessment, the workbook is much more detailed which made it easier to understand symptoms and how they show up for me, even the questionnaire the psych sends out before getting assessed was hard to understand/apply to my life and can become confusing, I was glad I purchased and went through the workbook initially, it really helped me understand adhd better.
Helpful but not the easiest to use
I expected a better format for the price. The questions were helpful/insightful but the interface was not useful friendly esp if you have ADHD and get frustrated/demotivated easily.

Insightful
Insightful exercise whilst waiting for the assessment. Thanks for making this.

I was a little disheartened by the book. For one, it doesn't seem that designed with ADHDers in mind, its very monotonous and while I completed the book, it was a slog. It was very repetitive and really was about 6 page designs in total, everything else was repetition. I was happy to support the artist but I did feel like it wasn't truly worth the cost (and the cost wasn't expensive).

Smart purchase
Easy to purchase and came into a nicely organized download. The documents are in many formats and everything is well designed and clear. Already using them and it’s a great way to be more organized and understand my ADHD brain.
Helpful visual guide that’s easy to use
Really helpful guide that I’m going to take to my next appointment! Was feeling unsure about if ADHD is something I struggle with, this guide made it pretty clear.

The best thing I could have ever done this was all such eye opening information to self awareness , even for someone who has been a mother to HSP for 30 years
This guide has been so helpful for articulating why I think it's ADHD
This guide has been so helpful in breaking down what the symptoms of ADHD are how they relate to me. I think it's going to be really helpful for me in going for my diagnosis and I have already recommended the resource to my psychologist for her other suspected ADHD clients.
Very helpful and honest
Very helpful and honest. Just confirmed and helped my brain make sense to me
Very simple to download
Very simple to download, e-book is able to be filled in without having to print and pictures and examples provide an opportunity to think about memories without going completely blank and becoming overwhelmed. Very positive :)
Making the diagnosis talk less scary!
I’ve been able to put the workbook together in a binder to take with me when I talk to a psychologist about getting a diagnosis. The guide is so helpful in making sure that all my symptoms will have evidence and will prevent being told “you can’t have ADHD because you did well in school” because I’ll be able to stand up for myself with the help of others testimonies too.
A handy tool
I found the symptom workbook helpful. As a person who has not decided whether I will persue a diagnosis or not, it was good to recognise what aspects I have the most trouble with and what aspects I don't.
A very easy and accessible experience
