My previous order was not shipped and…
My previous order was not shipped and UPS was blamed. It took a month to get the job to my client. This order shipped out quickly but I have still not received the Credit memo for the last order and I spoke with my CS agent several days ago. Not sure what is happening. It is just disappointing.

Fastidious client
We had a very fastidious client that wanted samples, pens fasteners instead of the magnets and they wanted these things the next day after our meeting.
The team at The Mighty Badge company fulfilled our request seamlessly and we were able to close the deal. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that understands to do what it takes to help close a deal. They treated us as if we were one of their multi-million dollars clients.
