I've had problems with some templates. I email or fill out a ticket. It may take a bit but once they read it the problem or error is fixed. I like their product. It does take some time learning but once you do it's fantastic. I had a PHP problem and it was fixed. Thanks Quix software is hard at first but once you learn it, it's great. The people are awesome.

A few days ago I had a problem with updating my template and Quix page builder by ThemeXpert and decide to contact their support.
ThemeXpert guys solve the problem ASAP, and I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism.
Besides that, there are many beautiful, SEO-friendly, and great templates and useful extensions for Joomla and a fantastic Page builder for Joomla.

I really have to say, that if there is a bug, the Quix support team really works on the problem until the problem is solved. I had a issue with social elements, which have been somehow hidden. The support team was really working hard on it to solve. Thx to Zannatun and all the others.

Working with Themexpert is such a great experience. They are friendly, proactive, solution orientated and most important very experienced in what they do.

Unprofessional website:
The web contact form does not work.
The page has no Imprint - it is unclear with whom one is doing business with.
The contact email address given on the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy page is invalid and the street address is incomplete.
The payment process by credit card is buggy. The credit card payment process ended with a error "The payment was not completed" but in fact the payment process was completed. The product appeared in the orders list and the credit card was billed.

Quick response and website issue fixed without hesitation

I have been using Quix for over 4+ years. It is so easy to use that I never had to ask for any help or submit any ticket. Recently I am migrating my new site to 3 Tier deployment along with a new design. While everything was going smoothly, suddenly one day after the Joomla update, Quix stop working properly. Although the mistake was mine. I was not able to restore from backup with the working site. So I end up submitting a support ticket. I was surprised they responded within a few hours (most likely due to time differences). Md Zannatun Nime was extremely helped fully in helping resolve this issue. For the past 2 days, he has been helping me restore my site. It is now restored fully and I am grateful to Md Zannatun Nime for his help

Very nice Joomla templates for a reasonable fee!
Support was really nice, update of Quix was not working, but they helped me out and now I have a feature-rich website building tool, great!

Everything is great, just try to respond fast to customers.

I had a problem with my site that its crashed entirely, i contacted Theme Xpert support and 30 minutes later my site works perfectly, awesome customer servive!!!

We have used QUIX Page Editor from ThemeXpert for a few years....and in our opinion it is the best and most flexible page editor....with it you can build any idea and feature.
The possibilities to adjust responsive views is sublime.
SEO is made extremely easy.
We love it....and the support is very good and agile ;-)
