Item took forever to arrive, item not as described very thin. Have tried to return item and when they finally answered was informed that I would have to cover the return cost, item returned to me 5 weeks after I sent it back as apparently the address given to me does not appear to exist. Have emailed constantly but still awaiting response. Not sure if I will ever get my money back, not holding my breath. Would advise anyone potentially thinking of buying from this company avoid it like the plague

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a man’s shirt for Christmas but it didn’t arrive in time and I emailed them about sending it back but they said they would give me 20% discount which I did not want I wanted the full amount and I have never heard from them since. I have been done!

As all other reviews suggest, this company is like betting on Liverpool to win a game, waste of money. Took over a month to arrive, the shop app which is used for tracking says it was in Thailand, to the UK, to the US then to Australia lol, at least it gave me a laugh. ( I live in Scotland ha )

I emailed when it didn’t arrive in the timeframe on the website and they just said it’s on its way, no apology for the delay or any effort to retain a customer.

This company pays for advertising so it shows up on google from specific searches near the top of search pages which is why I bought from it, decent website too so don’t be fooled.

Not to forget the actual product is cheaply made in China, terrible quality and sizing for the price.

The only reason to buy from this company is if you want to remind yourself to ALWAYS READ REVIEWS.

Was really worried after reading the reviews here but have to say my experience was a good one. Yes the goods come from China, yes the order took 16 days to arrive but the goods were fine, exactly as advertised and I'm actually pretty happy with them (!). Cool shirt & no probs with the quality even if the site *is* misleading . . .

When something looks too good to be true it invariably is. The web site looks bona fide and I ordered a jacket from them. Alarm bells went off when their tracking did not work. I then saw these terrible reviews and tried to cancel the order but they wont let me do that, so I await some terrible piece of crap that will eventually arrive and then they will tie up the return process in lying admin. They are thieves and liars so they have to live with themselves. I am sure their parents are proud....

Absolutely awful quality with this crap company. The jacket was made of the same stuff as shopping bags are made of , shiny and very rough material!
This is truly awful stuff so I have returned it to Holland but no sign of a refund so I am taking this company to court! The mensroom are thieves! Should be no stars but could not pick that score!

A highly disappointing and misleading experience – avoid at all costs.

I purchased a trench coat from this company for £60, enticed by the seemingly legitimate product description. However, what arrived was an item of appalling quality, which bore no resemblance to what was promised. Despite my reasonable request for a refund due to the clear discrepancy between the product and its description, I was met with a dismissive and entirely unprofessional response.

The company’s offer of a partial refund and suggestion that I might "make someone else’s day" by gifting the item I had paid for was both condescending and utterly unacceptable. If I did feel charitable it definitely wouldn’t be for this scheming company - especially with an item that was purchased in good faith, nor should I be made to feel responsible for their incompetence.

Furthermore, if this company were truly concerned about environmental impact, sourcing products from overseas, particularly China, seems contradictory to their claimed values. A more sustainable approach would have involved sourcing products locally, perhaps within the UK.

It is incredibly disappointing that my initial refund request was outright denied, followed by an attempt to deflect responsibility. The lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer care displayed by this company is nothing short of egregious.

I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this business. Not even worthy of 1 star…

Terrible company. They pretend to be in the UK, but they are not. They ship from China which takes a long time to arrive. Tracking details don't work. I ordered a XXL shorts. I received a pair of shorts that only fits a size L, the size label was cut out and there is no size indication on the packaging either. Returning the order to China would be more expensive than the value of the shorts (£25). The company offered me a 20% discount which I agreed to but that refund never materialised. Don't buy from them!!!!

Absolute dreadful firm. Ordered a jacket for my husband took 4 weeks to arrive. Everything about it did not fit. The said to arrange for a refund to send it back to the Netherlands which I Did costing £16. Today can hardly believe the postman delivered it back, it would appear they hadn't opened it at there end. This firm is a complete sham. Beware

How I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Same as everyone else ordered product which looked good on the website which arrived after 2 weeks from China. Awful material. Have tried to return but have been offered 20 now 30% refund and to keep their substandard product. Why! Would never buy from this company again and would advise others to avoid.

I bought a leather aviator jacket for my partners Christmas. It said UK but came from China and over a month to arrive. It was not leather and looked more like fleece. Very cheap rubbish. Nothing like the photo. Offered 20% then 30% then 40% refund to keep the item ref saving the planet. I’ve now got an address in the Netherlands to send the item back to at my expense. Do not buy from, save your money as all just cheap rubbish and no chance of a refund! Very disappointed.

Scammers. I will launch a complaint with the govt for such Chinese a$$h@/&s. Absolutely rubbish product and the false advertising is misleading. They are a fraud company and have to be called out.

Consuwijzer.nl is the Netherlands trading standards authority, if anyone else has had a bad experience of this fraudulent company at Capitool 10, Enschede NL, their misrepresented products and their obstructive approach to issuing refunds.

Not in the UK, Trade from an address in NL, and because the crap comes originally from China it gets stuck in NL Customs when you try to return it. This conveniently allows them to evade responsibility as they don't receive the returned goods.

Absolute shithole bought a coat and then it ripped in 2 months tried email them to at least replace bare minimum yes outside of 30 days. But come on some type of warranty bloody pile of chinese printed dogshit f*ucking scammers. May God punish their scamming products

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Simply just Awful. Claimed to be uk based. Orders two jackets advert said genuine leather. This is genuine scam crap. The jackets were like teddy bears turned inside out but not as good as that. 100% pure plastic fasteners. Same as everyone else offer of 20% and 30% discount… then tracked to china … oh no wait we gave you the wrong return address it’s the Netherlands … waiting for a refund! Yeah right. Men's Room claims to be concerned about saving our planet whilst transporting goods from China. At the same time Jen accuses me of not wanting to help the planet by returning the sub-standard and falsely advertised products. The returns policy basically makes it impossible to return anything; they have no labels and take no responsibility at all.

On top if that previous reviews I have written have conveniently disappeared!

Absolute rubbish. Total scam. I’ve yet to receive my order BUT! If it does ever arrive it will be cheap Chinese crap. Not specified when ordering. Order is being shipped from it appears everywhere. Tracking number leads you to nothing. Cannot contact them. Emails just bounce back. Then have the cheek to ask for a review before the order is even in the country. Same experience as most of the other comments, bought a coat it took a month to come and when arrived it was tiny, size for a child, with labels cut out. They are trying to suggest 20%, 30% and 40% discounts, I suggested 60% and me keep it so I could try and sell on eBay, they are now directing me to return to the Netherlands but with wording suggesting I might get a refund. Avoid like the plague. Most adverts on Facebook and Instagram are scams, when you check them they all have really bad reviews. Facebook and Instagram should be looked into as being complicit with these frauds.
