My experience with Medicinevilla was good..not great by American standards but I take into consideration I’m dealing with a different country. In the US we’re used to having fast delivery options & immediate refunds for items not received. I assume things move a bit slower in India. At first I was leary of the whole payment process through Wise as it seemed complicated but it really wasn’t as bad as I initially thought. I also emailed them to let them know I sent my payment & got a response verifying they received it very quickly. that being said, I didn’t get any updates for a full week. After a week I got an email with a tracking number. It was about another 4 or 5 days before the tracking showed any activity.
I received my order after 3 weeks. When I finally received the order I was missing 4 items. I will say Medicinevilla’s communication is very good however I ordered a muscle relaxer for $60 that could not be sold or shipped to me as it falls under the controlled substance clause in the US. Medications of that nature should not even be offered on their website if thats the case. I was also missing 2 tubes of Retin A and 1 tube of another lotion that was being sold in 6 tube lots(I only received 5 tubes). I reached out to medicinevilla about the missing items and they responded quickly. I was told I would receive a credit for the missing muscle relaxer on my next order no mention of the other missing items..which totaled about $30 or $40 lol.I haven’t placed another order yet so can’t verify whether they’ll actually honor the credit but will update this review when I do. Otherwise medicinevilla is a legit company but just understand you’re not dealing with a company in the US where we have fast shipping and satisfaction is guaranteed or your $ back.
