Started my weight loss programme with Jella in May 2025. Jella is very knowledgeable as he is a pharmacist. He offers plenty of time to discuss your progress and assist in getting the best outcome from weight loss injections. He is professional and personable.

I have been seeing Jella at The Medical Hub for years, and I can’t recommend him enough! His professionalism and friendly demeanor make every appointment a great experience. He’s incredibly thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions during each appointment. Jella’s knowledge and skills in aesthetics are next level — he truly is the best around. I trust him completely. I recommend him to all my family, friends and strangers! And I always look forward to my visits.

I was recommended to Jella for weight loss advice and treatment at the medical hub, by a friend who works in the nhs. I’ve gained a lot of weight over the past year, severely affecting my mental health. Jella has advised both nutritionally and through exercise. I’m feeling motivated with my weightloss so far of 17 pounds within 3 months, I am eating better and exercising on a consistent schedule, with the aid of the mounjaro injections. I would highly recommend Jella at the medical hub, his knowledge and expertise has helped me on my journey.

I’m 42 and have been getting Botox from previous practitioners 2 to 3 times a year since the age of 30. I have always been relatively happy with results but was never able to achieve exactly the desired outcome I wanted. This all changed when I visited the medical hub. Jella made me so comfortable and explained everything and advised me after a thorough consultation. My results were amazing the best I’ve ever had, he achieved everything I wanted and I have never been as happy with my results as I am. 10 out of 10 I will never go anywhere else. I had a great experience at the hub, i had a problem with one of my ears and was due to fly which was a bit of a worry, The staff were very helpful and lovely they sorted out my problem. I was amazed how many medical issues they deal with,

I have been suffering with arthritis in my thumb joint and was told by my GP it would be at least December before I could be seen.
Seen Dr Deje at the medical hub and he was fabulous. With 15 minutes I was on my way and pain free.
Definitely go back again.

I go to the Medical Hub for my botox and would highly recommend their services. Very professional with a warm and friendly environment. I had 2 treatments at the hub. Firstly botox with jello who was so informative, gentle and professional in the treatment. It was by far the best place ive visited for Botox. I also saw doctor Deje for shoulder pain and had an injection which completely took away all pain, he too was so gentle I didnt feel a thing. The Hub is very modern and clean.
I will always go back for any treatments I may need in the future.

A calm relaxed environment, after my first phone call, I was booked in for an appointment within a couple of weeks. Adrian was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly. I am now diagnosed and finally have the right medication after struggling for years with a wrong diagnosis and wrong meds which didn't work. After my diagnosis, I had follow up questions and it was great that I could call up and quickly get a response and answer to my questions. I would highly recommend and have already recommended to friends of mine. Thank you :)

A highly professional medical service which performed a minor surgical procedure at the hub. A very modern and welcoming practice with warm professional staff. I was provided with clear guidance and potential outcomes and felt well cared for. Highly recommended

There is easy on street parking at the Medical Hub and frontage is easily recognisable from street level. I was Greeted on time , and invited in for consultation immediately and introduced to the on duty Dr who was friendly and welcoming. The premises are clinical, modern , super clean and bright and very welcoming. The consultation was concise and very informative and relaxed. The clinician displayed good listening skills to my concerns and answered all my queries in a compassionate and easy to understand way. Overall the experience was well beyond my expectations and I will not hesitate to book in again for my medical needs.
