Kind considerate care from the very outset. All staff members I encountered were excellent whatever their role. A comfortable waiting environment at an anxious time.

I was so well cared for , all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
Food and drinks were very good quality and rooms clean and comfortable.
I felt very safe in their care .

The McIndoe is truly a center for excellence.
It was a pleasure to meet Mr Ruben Kannan on Thursday 5th March 26. I certainly wish I had known of him earlier. He gave some very down to earth advice to better my skin, my face that was recently botched by a plastic surgery that should not have happened due to my history of squamous cell carcinoma of the right external ear canal and temporal bone in 2008. I had the greatest care at the time with Mr Peter Clarke removing the cancer and Mr Simon Wood literally reconstructing my face. And I did look well after the 9 hr operation. However a flap had to be created due to petrosectomy. The flap kept on dropping and after 17 years I hoped it would be possible to lift the right side of my face with a facelift. This could only be carried out by a very experienced surgeon and even then the risk was that it could damage the facial nerve - the most dreaded possibility. Mr Kannan recommended I take Emedeen, omega 3 and massage my face with flax seed oil followed by hot towel compresses. I've already tried hot towel compresses on my dry eyes which miraculously got better after just one application. He also recommended face yoga which I'll do religiously. Mr Kannan said I should wait for a year to see how things settle and contact him again with my progress. Aside from the above advice, Mr Kannan comes across as a very emphatic person, ready to help his patients towards the betterment of their health/well-being. He was most generous with his time as my visit lasted more than 1 hour. Above all I very soon realised I was faced with a very kind, special person one rarely comes across these days. A person who is at the top of his field and gives advice from the kindness of his heart to those in need. God bless you Mr Kannan.

My wife has undergone dental implant treatment over the past year. The treatment and level of patient care are excellent. Mr Gulati, the surgeon, has done a superb job with the implants and is very well supported by the nursing team. The crowns are provided and installed by Mr Brophy, who also great work.

Every aspect of my experience at the McIndoe Centre was excellent...this is a private hospital that truly cares about providing patients with the best treatment.

On 13 August I had cosmetic surgery by the consultant Mr Teo followed by a two night stay. Mr Teo was recommended to me by a friend who had the same surgery by Mr Teo. Mr Teo is a charming gentle man who puts you at ease from the first consultation to leaving hospital.

Every single member of staff encountered - doctors, nurses, anaesthetists, caterers - was efficient and friendly. I would like to give a special mention to the two main nurses caring for me - Gosia and Joy are angels disguised as nurses!

I hope the outcome of my surgery is as amazing as my hospital experience! If it's as good as my friend's I'll be extremely happy.

I have a momentous amount of time and praise for Mr Harley and the team of people he works with. They aren’t all just at the top of their game, but they are lovely and kind, make you feel welcome and at ease, and special.

My case was particularly difficult as I got infected. With that said the aftercare and care to this day has been second to none.

I realise that you’re paying top dollar but you are getting world class treatment. The moment I met Dr Harley I knew he was the man to trust and he has proven me right ever since.

The hospital is lovely and comfortable. I just can’t fault any of it. I highly recommend Mcindoe Centre with special mention to Mr Harley, Jennie, Jessie and all the nurses I came to know.

Dr Emma Stone is fantastic. For the first time I felt that someone was actually listening to me and understood. We are still on the journey to get the correct treatment for me but I am very hopeful that we will get a great outcome.

I have seen Dr Sloan twice since embarking on the next stage of my perimenopause journey.
She has actively listened with compassion, has talked through different options and provided an individualised treatment plan.
I have already seen improvement in symptoms in such a short space of time. It's been great to have this level of continuity of care.
Communication has been key and been swift by the whole team but especially Dr Sloan.
I would highly recommend Dr Emma Sloan and the care received has been money well spent,

I made an appointment to see Dr Sloan, regarding my perimenopause symptoms. I can truly say that this is the first time that a Doctor has been interested in me and how I was being effected, I was not rushed through my appointment and Dr Sloan really seemed to care. I was given options for a treatment plan, it was wonderful to receive person centred care and not just another statistic with a generic treatment plan.

Miss Tania Cubison removed an ugly BCC from my cheek. She did it while we chatted, and it was an entirely painless operation carried out with great care and efficiency. The staff at the McIndoe Centre were charming too. Highly recommended.

As well as obviously being a talented physician, I was impressed with how perceptive Dr Sloan is.

Dr Sloan's clinic ran on time, so no waiting around for appointment. Dr Sloan was very kind and courteous. The clinic itself if well laid out and easy to find.

The McIndoe Clinic provides a prompt, friendly service. I have been seeing Dr Emma Sloan for treatment with my menopause and she takes a holistic approach to my health, always willing to listen and help in any way including sourcing medication, and mindful of the costs of private treatment. Personally I think she is worth every penny! Highly recommend Dr Sloan and the clinic.

I was at the end of my tether trying to get a GP appointment and my menopause symptoms were affecting my everyday life. Dr Emma Sloan contacted me straight after my initial enquiry. She was very caring, listened to my concerns and asked me questions in order to tailor specific medications to my needs. At all times I have felt in control and my awful symptoms went in a few days! I have been given clear instructions on the way forward and know I can contact the Clinic at any time should I have any questions. I cannot recommend the Centre highly enough.
