Initially, I thought I had wasted yet more money on another mattress topper as my sacrum/hip area was uncomfortable. Nick, the founder, sent a message asking how it was working out, I relayed my concern and he advised about the ‘bedding in period’ (pun intended). After approx. 1 month all issues with discomfort have resolved and it’s now very comfortable. So if my experience is anything to go by, stick with it! 10/10 for customer service.
