For some reason the incorrect address…
For some reason the incorrect address was used despite repeatedly sending the correct address. Additionally, it seems there was lack of response regarding this order. I had to continue initiating the package delivery resolution issues.

Two months late
I received my products almost two months late. Customer service always responded to my emails but were never helpful. The company refused to give me a refund citing their 'policy' but then they were not able to send their policy through to me. I had to engage a solicitor to follow up and it was only when this happened that the company sent replacement products through.
The products were fine, but the service getting them left a lot to be desired.

Unacceptable service
I have been waiting for one month for my delivery and have just been told it could take another two months. The company refuses to replace or refund my money. If I could give less than one star, I would do so.

Damaged product
I ordered 6 products in the afternoon and was nicely surprised by next day delivery. Unfortunately, two products arrived already open. The jars had aluminium foil already lifted and cut open - the face mask had crust outside the jar, so it looked like it's been open and used before, and the eye cream had an opening cut in the protective foil. I contacted the shop but received no reply. Be careful!
