Bought a chloe bag with the hook placed inside in all the picture's once received I left it to use a few weeks and found that the hook clasp has been changed and doesn't fit it is impossible to fasten, they have refused a return as its over 14 days but to sell bags that have been took to a cobbler and messed with resulting in it not working I'd be wart of any other item's from now and will not buy from them again. I have videos of us trying to fasten this ask il send as it is impossible. In response to their reply, on their lives that is recorded the bag was shown not fastened and tucked inside tye bag which is why it was unknown to be a defective bag. People beware
