After an initial chase, the Luxury Bath Company did a spectacular job. I’d ordered a shower tray which it later transpired couldn’t be delivered quickly. Not only did the company act quickly and helpfully to sort out an alternative that could be delivered on time, they upgraded my order to an even better option.
The shower tray is spectacular - high quality and gorgeous looking. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend the company.

Got to say still to unpack and install the shower tray - but experience so far with LBC just first class - great website, excellent people to discuss tray with, and shipping/delivery as committed.

Fantastic service- cannot fault. Go above and beyond. And I agree with all previous comments. Wanted a stone bath in Matt- looks terrific - yet I find it uncomfortable and cannot relax in my lovely new bath. Tried head and neck support but not particularly successful as they slip down the bath and don’t resolve the issue. What is lacking is a slope to lean back on and for somewhere to put my head so not ergonomically friendly for me I’m afraid. Ok if you want to sit upright, so ok for a quick dip and then out. Bath purchased was the Lawrence.

Absolutely delighted with my Lowry freestanding stone bath in matt white. The shape and size are perfect, looks stunning and I love the feel of the matt stone. Customer service was fantastic - sending me the waste early whilst holding back delivery of the bath until we were ready, which ended up being 2 months after point of ordering. When delivery was made bath was well packaged and dropped as close to the door as possible (we have a gravel drive so not great for pallet delivery). I chose this bath as it was not as heavy as some of the other ones I had looked at which were weighing in at 150kg!

Absolutely fantastic service - called early in the morning today to sort a next day delivery out for a beautiful shower tray. The team provided an option and quote - which has saved my bathroom reno timeline as Lusso haven't been able to get their item here in time. The Hockney tray looks amazing. thanks!
